My wife stopped in yesterday and bought a loaf of bread and some milk . The bread was $9 and we found it was moldy this morning , the milk was also $8 and that's insane for milk unless it came from a gluten free vegan unicorn . Never will we pay those prices again .

Whole Foods is my go-to spot! They offer a fantastic range of gluten-free, organic, and healthy products, and the abundance of parking just adds to the convenience!

We explicitly asked if the tuna bowl was gluten free and our server told us it was. We took our order to go. After eating it we saw a small note on the box that said sauces are not GF. My daughter has been throwing up since she ate. Very very disappointed.
Popped in tonight and was greeted by a smiling and very helpful cashier Tiana. She was a breath of fresh air, awesome customer service skills. The staff is wonderful and I enjoy shopping there for all my groceries, gluten free and organic. Shout out also to Christine who is always so helpful and kind. I’ve known her for years and she is always smiling. Thank you to both girls for making me smile 😊
It used to a tad expensive long ago. But now it's clear they're not price gouging... I respect that. I love going there.
Also have a good selection of gluten free items but those are expensive.
Wish we had one on Edmonton. Had the salad bar. Made myself a tasty salad for around $10 and found a place to sit and eat.
Staff were really nice and the place was really bright and clean.
Strolled the aisles a bit to see gluten free stuff they had.

Altho it's probably best bakery in town, I don't recommend eating gluten free stuff here if you are severely allergic (even with labels that says gluten free). They cross contaminate a lot much more now (like gluten free pizza dough).
Went into asking gluten free stuff and the new staff genuinely just didn't seem to get what that was. It was good back in the days.

If you're in Burlington and need a go-to spot for all your dietary essentials, Goodness Me is it! They've got everything I need for my health-focused diet—fresh, wholesome, and packed with options you won't find anywhere else.
Whether you're after organic, gluten-free, or keto-friendly goodies, this store has you covered. The staff? Super helpful and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience a breeze. Healthy eating just got a whole lot easier—and tastier!
Oh, bring a sweater bc you may need it.
A bit pricey but so is loblaws and that place sucks. This place is heaven for celiacs. So many options!!!! I was so happy, so many things I didn’t even know I could buy in a grocery store gluten free!!
Nok er nok!
I love this place!
I live in Barrie, but whenever we go to Collingwood, Blue Mountain, or any other place in the area, we always stop here for treats.
I’m gluten intolerant, and out of all places that offer gluten free food, this is by far the best place, where the gluten free options are filled with flavor, be it sweet or salty.
Food, service and atmosphere are great 😊!!
I simply love this place!! 💞
Rarely busy which is a good thing these days. Usually always something on sale at a decent price but every now and then something is wildly overpriced, could just be a sign of the times.
Not a fantastic selection of product if your keto or diabetic and looking for sugar free items, and what they have near there pharmacy is way too expensive compared to other places.
Better than average selection of gluten free products at decent prices though if your Celiac including Promise Bread and about 1/5 of a dedicated isle.

The store is clean, has most of the grocery essentials, has a nice meat department and very nice produce. Unfortunately it's on the pricey side and has very few gluten free options. I used to go there specifically for their great salsas and sauces but they have sadly been discontinued for more generic options that just miss the mark. I certainly won't go out of my way to shop here any longer.

I have celiac disease, and metro has the most gluten free options. My only thing is, one of the two gluten free freezers is labeled GF but it’s all just vegan stuff with the odd GF option. Vegan doesn’t mean gluten free. And should be it’s own separate freezer to avoid people from getting sick.

Beautiful setting with lots of choices. A lot of jams and pies. A nice selection of sandwiches and they even had the option of getting something on gluten free bread.
Giving Farm Boy a 3.5: Nicely displayed & organized - prices are a little more expensive but not when compared to other more 'gourmet' or organic grocers. Unfortunately, gluten free, dairy free, &/or FODMAP items are rare or not to be found (in both the shelf items & the fresh/ready items). That is disappointing & the reason for the lower rating.
I’ve been a customer of this location for 6 years. Unfortunately, this store doesn’t meet any of my expectations anymore. Regular lack of meat that I used to buy there, no gluten free pasta, and very poor choice of dairy products. In addition, they introduced innovative idea to get more money. If you loose your parking ticket, you have to pay $21 on the exit. It doesn’t matter if you spent $200 at the store. It looks like they are trying to survive, but with no success. Very disappointed. It was my favourite location of the Whole Foods chain.

Lots of organic and gluten free products.
Fresh bakery items looked so good but I am gluten sensitive. Bought raspberry oatmeal squares for a friend and they liked them but did comment that they were a bit on the overly sweet side for them.

this is the closest fortinos to my house, even though it's pricey but we really enjoy shopping there, their fruits and veges are always fresh. I wish they would offer more options though, Real Canadian Superstore and 50 point butcher shop both carry all beef salami. It would be nice to get more accessible halal/gluten free/fairy free fresh options.
maybe consider fresh gluten free bread or pizza? options for people with dietary restrictions, there's a lot of us out there!

Always a pleasant experience there. I wish they were still open 24/7, but covid killed that by driving up costs. I wish I didn't have to do a gluten free diet anymore, because their store made pizzas are honestly one of the best. If you haven't tried them before DO IT!!!!
First off I didn't realize that this place was vegan when I first found it. But wow, what a surprise. Everything was absolutely delicious. I also have different dietary needs, such as gluten free and various oils and the food here is so wholesome that I didn't have to worry. My waitress also confirmed everything. I had the bang bang brussel sprouts salad which had the best combo of flavors. My husband had a smoothie, coffee, and the eggplant parm. Needless to say we were impressed. The quality is top notch. Although we are from MI, we will drive back over the border to get here! They have an extensive menu of food and drinks to choose from and a mini market. Amazing!

What a neat place. A hidden gem for sure. Unexpectedly found many Asian products. Plenty of options here, from baked treats, to frozen meals to make at home, to refrigerated items to make your own meals, to ready made items to eat in store.
Vegan/gluten free treats from Little Jo Berry's in Ottawa. Glad to see this offered here. Delicious as always.
Mocha was delicious. Diary free options available, always welcomed for those with dietary restrictions.
Will definitely be coming back. Mocha and donuts made the drive back to Ottawa much easier.

Amazing food and great service . Lots of options to choose from and also gluten friendly options available to buy from fresh baked. Tried maple latte temperature ,taste was delicious.
Just a wonderful grocery store that you can get anything that she would like whether it be your bread products your gluten-free products or even if you needed some lobster and some clams for your night out this place has got it all I love the metro because they actually care about the food. unlike other grocery companies metro is always a go to for us. ♥️
Large store. Quality products but a bit pricey than your usual no-frills, walmart or superstore prices but you pay for what you get. Love their healthier vegan and gluten friendly options especially if you have kids with allergies. They have gluten free cakes, eggless cakes, dairy free options and more.
The cafe was amazing. Loved the chai latte there but pricy of course again you pay for what you get for quality products.
Follow for more genuine real reviews from this mama of four. Don't forget to like my post. I would appreciate the feedback.
Clean and accessible location with lots of underground parking. A bit hard to find specific gluten free bread that are available in other whole food locations but this is not a deal breaker. Love their variety wish there were more affordability options provided prices are high compared to same item in other stores.

Very big grocery store with a wide selection of produce, a huge butcher, deli, pastries and cheese selection. A big selection of gluten free options. Always take the kids in the evening and they seem to have a full complement of staff on hand. There is a Cafe and ice-cream shop, as well as, a florist. Definitely worth the drive.
Canadian local grocery store with clothing & home furnishings. There are some good deals on groceries. It’s a large shop with variety of options including organic, gluten free, vegan options. Collect Pc optimum points.
Growing up as a kid I used to hate when Mom said we were going to have salad for dinner but then again mom's salad didn't look like this... This grocery store has the most amazing salad bar; it's always well stocked and full of interesting choices. When I know I'm going to be working in the area I always make sure to end up here to grab a gluten-free lunch which is perfect for a Celiac like me.
They have a good selection of produce and a decent selection of gluten free items. Prices are quite high. I understand it’s a full service grocery store and expect to pay more than Food Basics, but their sale price for a tub of yogurt is $1.50 more than the regular price at Zehrs.
Good parking, lots of products for vegans, organic, gluten free, dairy free as well. Produce was limited and was a bit rough. High prices even for same products from other stores and staff were not approachable or friendly. Good place for already fit and wealthy folks but not the average commoner.

Love the roasted chicken. Good flavor, not dry, not salty, and has a good smell.
Everything looked fresh, and the best for me was the gluten-free bread.. kind of pricey, butci need it. I left the store, very happy with my bread😃
