Whole Foods Market

Lots of organic and gluten free products. Fresh bakery items looked so good but I am gluten sensitive. Bought raspberry oatmeal squares for a friend and they liked them but did comment that they were a bit on the overly sweet side for them.

As someone who is just starting a Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free diet, I have been scared of how many things I won’t be able to eat anymore, and how much of my diet will have to change. BUT! Whole Foods has soo many options for alternative and accommodating foods, it’s amazing! It truly felt like I was walking through a full grocery store of things I will be able to eat, which helps a lot with the big adjustment. It’s a bit on the pricier side relative to regular groceries, but unfortunately I think that’s the reality for a lot of restrictive diets. I will definitely (excitedly) be returning here regularly!
