We’ve been coming here for awhile. It’s a great little spot, but it’s a bit pricey. They do have a lot of gluten free options. They aren’t open often, so you have to time it right. (If you order the cheese bread, double check you get all 6. We’ve now been shorted twice on to go orders 😔)
10/10 will return ! So excited about an entire gluten free form to fill out I ordered not one but two sandwiches along with a mocha raspberry iced coffee with coconut milk which was one of the best I have had! The entire place was full of items to purchase and eat or decorate with or gift give! Hope to return again soon ! Parking is a bit slim but seems most folks are in and out so just have a bit of patience and you will be set!

If you’re looking for a higher-end spot to eat in downtown Colorado Springs, this market is a yummy spot. Their menu indicates what dishes can be made gluten free and the staff seemed aware of cross contact. They also have many grab and go options, some of which are gluten free.
Great store lots if organic foods and alot of gluten free options.

One of our guests was gluten free (gf) so they made sure to give him a GF Feed Me experience while the rest of us enjoyed the standard one. Everything was delicious
This is a small and wonderful little health food store. The prices are pretty bad, even for a health food store, so if you can find what you need somewhere else, go somewhere else. But the beauty of Mountain Mama is that they carry a lot of products that are difficult to find elsewhere, especially for those with sensitivities to gluten, dairy, etc. The staff are very nice and chill, and they've got some great in-house baked products.

Sometimes cheaper than Whole Foods for the same items. Good selections for people with food allergies. Best selection of Out of the Breadbox oat bread products (gluten free) of all the area stores.
Great specialty grocer. Fresh refrigerated things like flour, seeds and nuts. This makes for very moist bread, other baking or can find flour alternates if gluten free.
The produce is somewhat exorbitantly overpriced, but everything else seems reasonable. I'm gluten intolerant, and this store has an abundance of wonderful options. I enjoy their pie crusts, baguettes, and other goodies. It's always nice to eat whole, healthy foods and I'm sure your body will appreciate whatever fuel you pick up here. That being said, it's not somewhere I could afford to shop regularly. Sometimes trash is cheaper than treasure, you know? All in all - 4☆.
The staff are extremely kind, patient, and helpful. Sprouts carries many of my favorite gluten free & clean snacks, supplements, and cleaning products. Highly recommend .
I come to shop here often, they tend to have everything I'm looking for but the prices are a bit high for my liking. I come in wanting to spend $120 and leave having had to spend $250 sometimes. Only reason we shop here is because I am gluten-free and my MIL is vegan. I know that our food tends to be a bit more pricey when shopping for groceries these days, but sometimes it is upsetting that we can't afford our necessary diets. I think the produce is my favorite part of Sprouts, it's always fresh and brightly colored. I did find some mushrooms on sale for under $1 the other day here, and was very pleased with that.
Awesome selection of organic produce and the best selection of mushrooms. Wide variety of vegan and gluten free products and the staff is SUPER NICE. My boyfriend and I shop here all the time and we love it!!
Market and vitamin cottage with great selection and service. More expensive than a City Market with an eye on natural and gluten free foods...produce not as fresh as could be and prefer other locations for fresh fruits and vegetables.
Thank you for carrying the best gluten-free selection of any grocery store! My daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease last year, and I can't believe how hard it is to find good options. That said, your prices are outrageous, and I shop at Whole Foods and Natural Groceries. I think you are higher than any other. Why?
Delicious menu that offers, dairy free, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options! The cafe is spacious, with comfortable seating arrangements that cater to both solo visitors and larger groups. Nurture also hosts regular wellness events monthly such as yoga sessions, meditation workshops, and other fun events that are open to the public and for nurture members!
Sprouts is good. Their selection of gluten free options is amazing. Customer service is a little lacking and store attendants feel only judgemental when you ask for help finding something or if prices don't match the tag. I shop here a lot. I like it but miss the Sprouts in the last town I live in, as it was just bigger and nicer.

It is far overrated. I expected to find more fresh and healthy foods. I also thought they would have more gluten-free options. It seems like their forte is preprocessed foods and frozen ready to go microwaveable meals. Probably good for single people who don't like to cook and are not concerned about their health. Their other sections were overpriced and just not appealing to me.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is beautiful. Lots of organic and gluten free products, but I drove 2 hrs for Vegan options and I left with only 3 items. I use to get my vegan groceries once a month here because they had amazing options. I hope they start stocking vegan food again
Love going here. Employees are friendly and helpful. Check out lines are quick. They have a nice selection of gluten-free stuff. The produce always looks good except for strawberries. But strawberries look like crap everywhere I go. It's always clean there and organized.

Lots of produce both regular and organic and lots of health food options. There are a lot of Gluten free options. They also have several grab and go type meals or things that can be heated up and had for dinner.
Great selection of produce, hard to find specialty items, like gluten free and non-dairy foods as well. The store itself is a bit smaller than I expected (maybe I'm just too used to shopping at Walmart and King Soopers). The customer service was outstanding, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it is a bit expensive.

Decent gluten free selection. Traveling with an allergy can be hard, glad they had my gluten free annirs burritos. Its the easiest safe food for me when all you have is a microwave on vacation.
Love natural grocers. Being a celiac it's hard to shop at city markets and safeways. Great variety of baking goods and frozen meals. Best is they have gluten free bread that often can't be found in other stores which cater to people just visiting and skiing. Natural grocers provide for locals and visitors.
Good selection of organic and natural products. Although it is a little more expensive than other supermarkets, the quality of its products is usually worth it. Many options for special diets such as vegan or gluten-free. The supermarket is clean and organized, but if you are looking for cheaper options, you may find less variety.
Safeway is always my choice for a quick and easy stop. I feel they have nice variety and I appreciate the dairy free and gluten free options available.
