We stayed 3 nights to extend our vacation in Provence, guided by the reputation of the restaurant and the place We took advantage of… everything. Gourmet restaurant, country table and Sunday brunch, visit to the vegetable garden, garden…. Biscuits from the store…… Beyond the place, the well-being felt, we discovered above all the passion carried by a very young team, to whom Nadia Sammut visibly gives everyone the opportunity to find their way. It is a pleasure to interact with these very motivated young people. Bravo to Gilles Bourgeois (and thanks again for the natural sourdough), bravo to our favorite young pastry chef whose first name escapes us at the moment, sorry The cuisine is certainly gluten and lactose free but it is well beyond: creation, the astonishing, the different, the cuisine that makes you smile and gives meaning. Hotel of very good standard and ideally located in the city. Very neat and tasteful decoration of the establishment. Very quiet hotel. Our room was very clean, very cozy, with very high quality bedding. Perfect bathroom. No noise pollution. Special mention for the very varied buffet breakfast. From sweet to savory, there is something for everyone. Homemade products (shortbread, cake, etc.) and very fresh. Everything is planned, even for people who want to eat healthily (wholemeal bread, oatmeal, soy milk, skyr, eggs, cheese, ham, gluten-free bread, nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, etc.) Very warm welcome as well. The only downside is the private parking where the spaces are a little too small if you have a large vehicle. We will return to this hotel without any hesitation. Everything was perfect.

Bravo to the chef who knows how to offer us his love of cooking through his dishes. If only he could deliver his gluten-free bread to me every morning 👍 With each dish we shared our feelings with our forks and frankly we will come back Sweetbreads are killer... for me who can't eat solid foods... well done A big thank-you

129€/incl.FR. With outdoor pool. Double room room 116 on the ground floor with terrace and access to the pool and the mopeds. Dinner was good. The table was a bit cool because it was right next to the air conditioning. When we asked, the air conditioning was switched off for us. Breakfast was very good. There was plenty of gluten-free bread, cookies and cakes to choose from.
