Oh my goodness this pails in comparison to Jeremy Clarksons, If we knew how good it was we wouldn't of tried his at all. Staff were so lovely, had no issues with us being wheelchair users and where to seat us. Best way in is through the garden and the backdoor. Music was nice and quiet, nothing blaring. The starters are absolutely massive,i do not actually think you need to have a main meal with them to be satisfied. For three people, including multiple sides and mains was 100 pounds which for the quality is amazing. Toilets are clean and there is a disabled toilet, though staff do have to remember to make sure the cord isn't tied up. One of our party was gluten free and there was so much pick from them, there is very few options they couldn't adapt or offer. I couldn't sing the praises of this place enough,we are so excited to return and try the seasonal changes!

Four of us had lunch and were very happy. I called in advance to check on the parking as our friends had a large vehicle. Very friendly. Arrival was welcoming and they were very good at explaining the menu to my gluten-intolerant friend. The food was great (pizza, gluten-free fish n chips, bream and steak. Only slight criticism was the steak was pink rather than rare (I don't eat meat so am only going by what I was told). Rose wine was very nice. Service excellent. Beautiful old building which has retained its character and the feel of an old house. We'll be back.

We had a really good night here. The parking available is great, they were very accommodating to our special requests. We requested a second duvet and they brought another big one. That made for quite a lot of duvet in the bed but it was extremely cozy. The bathroom threw me for a bit of a loop. We had a room where you had to go down stairs inside bathroom. It was generally clean and inviting tho. They had glutenfree options for breakfast, something we anticipated would be a bit tricky. Overall I really recommend it.
