Regards —— I would like to point out that this review is not about the product; I have celiac disease and I consider their ice cream to be one of the best I've ever eaten. Precisely for this reason, this Sunday I faced an hour's drive thinking I could enjoy one while walking through the streets of Porto Recanati. From Google, the ice cream shop appears open. When I arrived on site, I found it closed for the entire season. In the modern era, not communicating time changes (or worse, seasonal closures) in the app that people par excellence use to decide where to go and what to do in their free time seems like a fairly serious oversight to me, because if I had known it beforehand it would have taken me the afternoon in a totally different way. I will definitely return in the spring, but for the moment I'm going home quite disappointed.

If you find yourself in Porto San Giorgio you must visit this delicious ice cream shop without reservations. The variety of choice is excellent, the ice cream is tasty but light and undoubtedly made with fresh and top quality ingredients. With the small cone or cup you have the possibility of choosing three flavors with the free addition of cream and biscuit, all for only 3 euros which nowadays is a really advantageous price. For intolerant people, celiacs, vegans or simply for those on a diet, turning the corner 50 meters away there is a small place where you can find ice creams, frappe or extracts without sugar without lactose and without gluten and I assure you (I tried it personally) that they are just as tasty and flavorful so much so that it is difficult to distinguish them from a classic ice cream. The staff is very kind and very quick in serving, so what are you waiting for? Stop by and treat yourself to this delicious treat!! See you soon!

Top ice cream shop, very kind and friendly staff! We need places like this in Assisi/Perugia!! For celiacs these places (Porto Sant'Elpidio) are top because a few meters from the ice cream shop there are also pizzerias, supermarkets and gluten-free restaurants!! Really satisfied!!

Very good ice cream. Overall very bad service experience. I have celiac disease, I ask for a cup specifying it, the sales assistant calls the owner. A very rude man, the scientist arrives and begins by saying that theirs is an ice cream shop with all gluten-free flavours. Perfect, I ask for the first flavour, there is gluten, the same goes for the second and third, with names and aesthetics that did not reveal the presence of gluten. Annoyed at my fourth attempt, he specifies that there are 2 flavors in the small cup, I reply annoyed that I knew it (there were signs for that one as big as a house and I had already paid). In the end, since there were too many people and he, an excellent and brilliant mind, wasn't helping me, I fell back on hazelnut and pistachio. Very good ice cream, but enormous rudeness, I was also trying to hurry so as not to burden the queue, but I had an unsuitable person in front of me, given that he had also specified that he had to change the scoop for me (and he used the one already present in each tray) . As a result, the following day I went to another ice cream shop. It's already a hardship to go to clubs and burden other people's work, plus you make me weigh it in annoyance, then you don't deserve to collect anything. Not recommended

I was in Urbino a few days and tried three different ice cream shops. Raffaella surpassed everyone hands down: amazing artisanal ice cream, flavors full of flavor and not just the usual traditional flavors and excellent quality for the price. The cone is one of the best I've ever eaten. I was pleased to notice the attention that the girl at the counter put into preparing gluten-free ice cream for the customer in front of me. Furthermore, even if it doesn't affect me personally, it's nice to find such inclusive places; definitely noteworthy. Well done!
