Huge reference point, especially for my allergies!!! Ever since I took my first steps, with my mother when we talked about ice cream it meant going to Pelacani. To this day, their activity remains a huge point of reference for me. Having significant food allergies to gluten and eggs, I had and often have to give up for fear of potential contamination... but I have the opportunity to eat safely from them! In addition to being able to find vegan and gluten-free flavours, I can also afford not to give up cones and waffles! (Rarely to find gluten-free and egg-free ones).
