Last night I went to Cantina del gelato with some friends. Excellent ice cream shop with unusual, exotic and gluten-free flavors for every need. In addition to the quality of the ice cream I must emphasize the hospitality of the employees. My friends already knew the place and had told me about the old-fashioned closed containers like wells that were definitely more HYGIENIC than the open ones and yesterday I went back to being a child for a moment (in the 80s many ice cream makers had well-shaped containers). Friends indicated how delicious the affogato coffee made with cream from my city was, next time I won't miss it. The 5 stars deserved. Something artisanal in Florence has remained. Thank you

Very busy! The people have found the best places again…. All vegan and gluten free. Employees all working very hard and despite the long wait, everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. We ordered the ocean bowl and it was better than we are used to in Los Angeles. But smaller than LA portions

Greta served us, super kind and helpful, very knowledgeable about allergens. GROM ice cream does not disappoint with flavors that are very close to the taste from which especially the fruit ones derive! The cone is gluten-free and the taste is delicious and crunchy.

Delicious ice cream even for celiacs

We have been in Florence for a few days and this ice cream parlor was recommended to us. During our stay we have gone several times and without a doubt we would repeat. They also have gluten-free options and we have been able to eat them all. It has been very hot and it has not melted. We were able to enjoy how delicious it was. Instead, we went to another ice cream shop and it melted right away. So I highly recommend it. The quality-price ratio is spectacular, since a cone with a ball was €2.5.

Delicious ice cream! Friendly staff! I got a whole tub of lactose-free ice cream, they gave me a free gluten-free cone (I'm lactose and gluten intolerant!). Very kind staff, mouth-watering ice cream! Super recommended!!!!!!!!!!

Super good ice cream, I finally tasted a hazelnut ice cream that really tastes like hazelnuts... variety of flavors including particular ones that are not easily found elsewhere, excellent raw materials and a super clean place with attention to detail. Quality artisanal ice cream, fresh and with natural products. Very good waffle! Variety of flavors, one better than the other. Much attention is paid to gluten-free products, therefore recommended for those who have this problem. Very nice location, clean and welcoming environment. The friendly, helpful and prepared staff. Valeria, who served me, was very welcoming, kind and available to all my requests. What can I say, to try and try again. I count this ice cream shop among the best in Florence.

Absolutely amazing... we did almost a "gelato tour" around Italy and this was by far the best. Gluten free friendly (they have wrapped cones) and vegan friendly. What I love about this place being lactose intolerant is they didn't just have sorbet that was dairy free. I had pistachio, hazelnut, dark chocolate (all dairy free and delicious). My family members tried strawberry, banana, mixed berry, and more. We came here twice it was so good. So creamy, fresh, and delicious. Best in Italy in our opinion.
