Super gluten free, showed step by step what they did. Clean and scoop everything every time. Super service and beautiful real works of art. It was a shame to eat it, but it tasted delicious. Real tip for when you are in London.

Legendary place. Staff were top notch and the ice cream was great (pic attached). Staff also understood dietary requirements (gluten free / celiac) and were able to provide gluten free cone. They also made sure to wash the spatula when serving the ice cream and move the contaminated ice cream out the way to make it safe. Tasted great too. Aditya was super knowledgeable and took the time to make the food safe for myself. He was also very enthusiastic and a good bloke. Ice cream was also presented in a really cool way too.

THE BEST ICE CREAM IN LONDON, THE BEST ICE CREAM IN THE WORLD, THE BEST ICE CREAM EVER! Delicious ice cream in inventive flavours and the most incredible dessert creations! This is an ice cream lover's heaven! The ice cream is the perfect texture, everything is so delicious, the ingredients are high quality, the presentation is flawless, and so much care goes into every detail. Each dessert is a work of art. Even more incredible is that they make everything from scratch, which takes crazy talent and dedication, which is reflected in the incredible products they sell. I have loved everything I have had there. My favourite standard flavour is probably the caramel. Of the standards, my favourite dessert creation is probably a sundae bowl, the frozen hot chocolate ice cream bar, or the bruleed bananofee pie (or all of them). Not just the ice cream and dessert creations, but even the toppings are impeccable, such as the grilled white chocolate (which I could eat from the bag). Their caramel sauce is to die for too and you should literally just drink it from a cup it is that good. They do rotating seasonal specials as well, like the Christmas tree, which is just ART, and the chocolate heartbreak cakes which are whiusmical and delicious, and of course, the pumpkin spice soft serve which wows even a pumpkin conisseur like me. Moreover, they also have the best hot chocolate in London/the world/the universe/ever; the chocolate is luxuriously thick and they top it with globs of torched marshmallow fluff (the marshmallow fluff itself is insane-- gooey? sticky? I can't really describe it, but it is so unique and phenomenal). There are options for vegan and gluten free people as well, so whatever you get, you will find an ice cream that makes you happy. The customer service is top notch. Everyone who works there is so kind, lovely, patient, helpful, and of course, talented at dessert creation-- from the counter staff, to the chefs, to everyone in between. Their social media person is also lovely and very talented at photographing food. In short, Chin Chin is amazing and I cannot recommend them enough. I am an ice cream snob and a dessert snob and an incredibly picky eater and a generally miserable person who resents food due to my GI conditions, but I have nothing but love (and hunger) for Chin Chin. Literally, if you are reading this review, this is your sign. Go here-- their ice cream is life changing and it will make the most bitter, depressed, and picky person happy! <3

In this hot weather we need icecream and I definitely recommend 💯 @dark_sugars_ice_cream in Greenwich 😋😋😋 So yummy, so many flavours and they have gluten free ice creams so everyone can enjoy ☺️ I had the Biscoff and Americano Cherry 🍒 icecream and hubby got the White Chocolate snickers and Pistachio I think!😁 The only disappointing thing is that they now only allow you to try 1 flavour of ice cream before you buy as they used to let you try a few😏 the young man that served us was nice and very generous with the scoops of ice cream though😁👌🏽

I was there just yesterday late afternoon. I went looking for an alternative ice cream shop. Before buying I asked if they had everything I wanted such as whipped cream, gluten free flavours,... They said "yes we have the one in the can" and I was happy with that. Just to tell me seconds later that they didn't have it. Ok, then so I changed my order, they didn't look happy with that. They cancelled the original charge for £4.99 (1 small cup: 1 flavour with whipped cream) only to charge me again £4.99 (1 small cup: 2 flavours), they overcharged me! As per the ice cream: the flavours were there, mild flavours, but there was something wrong with the texture of the ice cream.
