Grand India is hands down one of the most incredible and authentic Indian restaurants we’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and hospitality that make you feel right at home. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, creating a dining experience that is as enjoyable as the food itself.
The menu is a dream for anyone looking for delicious gluten-free and vegan options, and their dosas are simply outstanding—perfectly crisp on the outside, flavorful, and served with the most delicious chutneys and sambar. Every dish we've tried is bursting with authentic flavors and made with high-quality ingredients.
My daughter absolutely loves coming here, and it’s such a relief to have a place where we can all enjoy a meal together, knowing there are plenty of options for every dietary preference. Whether you're a longtime fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, Grand India never disappoints. It’s truly a hidden gem that deserves all the praise!

Festive and bright interior w bold colors and splashy crystal lighting. Delicious gluten free gf labeled menu - we had two kinds of chicken, two appetizers and my wife had the nan (not gluten free). The service was fast and efficient. Decent value for money - we spent $70 and had a whole box of leftovers. We got one item ‘medium’ spicy and they nailed it.
This place offers a warm, home-like ambiance with quiet, inviting decor and thoughtful lighting, creating a personal and welcoming atmosphere ideal for those seeking gluten-free dining. The friendly, knowledgeable staff ensure a comfortable experience tailored to gluten-free needs.

1) Absolutely delicious samosas
2) KINDNESS!
My mom has Celiac and a few other tricky allergies (rice, soy, etc). After a week of sad but nutritious hospital meals for her and misc cafeteria finds for me, when my brother offered to bring Indian food yesterday we both jumped at the chance for flavor. The Daal was warm and filling for lunch and the Lamb Saag reheated beautifully for dinner. We loved it so much that we asked if they could deliver to the hospital today but when my brother called he learned that they don’t deliver.
Y’all.
THE OWNER HAND DELIVERED A MEAL TO MY MOM’S HOSPITAL ROOM.
Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe it. It wasn’t even “service” so much as it was the type of humanity and empathy that heals the soul. Truly this is food that will nourish body and mind in equal measure ❤️.

Ordered takeout from the Concord location and was very pleased with the amount of plant based/vegan options that are on their menu (and both the Doordash app and website/online menu do a very clear and good job at specifying which dishes are vegan & gluten free - many restaurants do a confusing job at this or don't specify at all). The three dishes I ordered were wonderful, fresh and full of zest, and packaged nicely. Also, whoever assembled my lentil soup put a smiley face on the lid with sharpie, which made me smile when I was having a long day and not feeling much like smiling. Their prices are doable in this economy and the restaurant is conveniently minutes from my job (in the heart of Concord, and near many other attractions, shops etc). I'm excited to dine on site at the restaurant sooner than later. I was sad to see House of India, the restaurant that occupied Curry Leaf's Concord space, close some months ago but am excited to know that it's Curry Leaf who replaced them and that I can can still enjoy one of my favorite cuisines without cooking it myself at home. Thank you!

As a gluten-free vegan this place is a dream! It’s one of our two favorite local restaurants. Eating outside on the patio this summer has been wonderful as we’re over getting take-out with all the waste (they use plastic containers which we reuse.)
Kind, helpful staff who recognize us with smiles. Delicious food. My favorite is the Vegetable Korma made dairy-free. Veg section on menu, GF labels. Very reasonably priced for the area.
This cozy spot offers a warm and friendly atmosphere with great music, creating a welcoming dining experience. It's highly recommended for breakfast and is appreciated for its consideration of gluten allergies, making it a standout choice for gluten-free diners.
