Very good restaurant! I am lucky enough to live and work near Eambiente and, both for lunch and dinner, I always take any opportunity to go and delight in their dishes, which I find exquisite. At lunch, menus for workers are available and, although the choice is limited compared to dinner, it is always possible to vary, between a good first/second course (always different), a hamburger, a pizza, or a large salad. They are also very knowledgeable with gluten free dishes. Friendly and prepared staff. In short, highly recommended for every taste!

Splendid jewel in the historic center of Monza. Warmly welcomed, even if it was the first time, by the manager Srefano and the organized staff. Excellent 6-star food cooked exceptionally and a very smart girl who followed us upstairs today, Sunday 25 February 2024. There are products for those allergic to gluten. Well spaced tables.

All very good. I ate the gluten-free carbonara, as I have celiac disease. Too bad the price.... Definitely too high for a tavern between the industrial area and the motorway
