The most useless thing I've ever experienced in a restaurant: they seat us at a table, wait 30 minutes for us to be served, and the restaurant is empty (4:00 PM). We're celiac, and they had the brilliant idea of giving us gluten-containing breadsticks to "wait." Anyway, it's hard to do a bad job in the hospitality industry without people, but here you're showing off, walking around the restaurant without serving the diners...
