A very pleasant place with friendly service and good prices. The food was perfect, the pizzas were excellent, and the menu was good and gluten-free, as well as safe for celiacs, as it has the gluten-free seal. I didn't notice any signs of contamination after my visit. I'll definitely be back.

Perfect place in every way, I have nothing bad to say, the service is incredible, they even asked me if the temperature was okay, and just the fact of arriving and having your little bottle of cold water is a plus. The pasta is impressive (the 100% carbotruffle is the star dish), good wine list and the cheesecake is very, very delicious. The gluten-free menu is super extensive, I would say almost the same as the regular one, one of the best Italian restaurants in all of Madrid 🙌
This cozy, modern eatery features a bright, open-plan layout with beautiful multicolored lamps creating a pleasant atmosphere. It is well equipped to safely serve celiacs, offering a wide variety of delicious gluten-free options with attentive, kind service.

We went to dinner last night with 2 families of 4 people (total 4 adults and 4 children), the food was very good and above all the gluten-free options were appreciated. But an embarrassing thing happened to us, and that is that when we arrived, a middle-aged, blonde, blue-eyed waitress with an unfriendly face did not allow us to sit at the table we had reserved until the other family that was parking arrived. Despite insisting that our friends were parking, and going with 2 small children, he did not allow us to sit and wait for them. How would it be that my little 8-year-old son asked her if she would allow us to go to the bathroom, to which she replied "yes to the bathroom." That is, imposing a clear limit with quite a bit of bad manners and bad taste.
To our surprise, a family arrived next who also had a reservation and not everyone had arrived, but they were allowed to wait for their companions at the table.
The service was not bad except for this lady who clearly lacks education and social skills to face the public.

Italian with good quality and corresponding price.
You can find elaborate and very delicious food, they have variety in their menu which I really like and you can also find a gluten-free menu which is 1 positive point.
Then if I have to talk about the atmosphere, the decoration is fantastic and very cozy.

This review is about gluten-free food. The restaurant is fine for those who don't have celiac disease. The food is delicious and the service is good. However, they offer gluten-free pizza, and it turns out they make it in the same oven as the gluten-containing pizzas. So they don't have gluten-free pizza. They have contaminated pizza.
I would love to have a place where I can eat gluten-free and safely. They also offer gluten-free pasta, but now I'm not sure there won't be cross-contamination in the preparation of the pasta dishes.
Shame.

We loved this place. We were staying in the village for a couple of days and found this place on the main street. They have gluten-free pizzas and a cheese-free option, so they cater to the intolerances that (unfortunately) some of us suffer from. And there are several vegetable (vegan) options. The pizzas, both regular and gluten-free/cheese-free, are delicious; we loved them. I added a little olive oil to mine and it was spectacular. The waitresses are very friendly, and the prices are very good, so we'll definitely go back again while we're in the village.

My favorite pizzeria in Colmenar!
I've been ordering delivery for years now, and they're always wonderful. I've also been there a couple of times for lunch, and the service is fantastic. The pizza dough is just the way I like it: crispy, honeycombed edges with a thin, delicious topping. And I think the menu options are fantastic. My favorites are the Caprichosa, the Light, and the Hawaiian. This time, though, I got the one you can customize with Eggplant, Onion, and Anchovies, which was to die for.
Last but not least, the fact that they have gluten-free pizzas is a real plus. Obviously, they don't taste the same as regular pizzas, but I always steal a slice from my mom, and it tastes amazing. I don't know if it might contain traces, but in our case, that's not a problem. The one in the photo is gluten-free!

If you are celiac, $ you pay $
We chose this restaurant in San Lorenzo de El Escorial because it had gluten-free options, both in pizzas and pasta.
The surprise was when they brought us the bill. For each "gluten-free" dish they charged us an additional fee.
They brought us a normal menu and told us that we could order anything on the menu, which they made adapted with Gluten-Free dough or pasta, but nowhere did it say that because it was gluten-free, it was more expensive.
I think it's abuse on their part. It is unethical to take advantage of intolerance to charge more and without notifying the customer of the price increase.
We feel cheated.

I am celiac and they say that they have gluten-free things on the menu and then you have to reserve it, besides they have no responsibility, we went to ask twice and they were not even able to say that they were not going to bring the gluten-free dough, celiacs, it's a shame, don't go here you are going to be left wanting to eat something good.
