Our server was lovely and couldn't do enough for us, my daughter is celiac and she helped us know what to order from menu and brought all gluten free meals separately from others she was very knowledgeable of menu and celiac her name was Malina, the girl behind the bar was very nice too.
Update on an earlier post. This time we dined in the Bath Street entrance version. Saturday lunchtime. Restaurant was very busy yet staff pleasant and helpful, willing to chat and discuss the menu options for a Coeliac member of our party. I was surprised another of the party had a dairy allergy which added to the complications of menu discussion.
Starters arrived, looked and tasted great.
My own main course a Pizza infernale was huge and delicious. Much better than the cardboard box variety from supermarkets. One of the main reasons for going out for a meal. Properly cooked stuff from professionals.
Other members of the party joined in with the delicious notation. Chicken wrapped in ham, summer salad, garlic bread extras shared about the table.
We enjoyed the meal and the chat. The atmosphere was very good too. The only issue as the restaurant was very busy, it was also loud and at time the discussions went unanswered or we missed the point in the story.
Love this place!!!! Came in here yesterday and the first thing you notice is the decor, beautifully designed and gorgeous at night. Such a calm atmosphere which i appreciated as someone who gets overwhelmed with busy/loud places, this experience was relaxing and a great place to talk with friends while celebrating a birthday.
Staff are lovely and helpful, even approached us to ask if we wanted them to sing happy birthday with us as they had noticed my friends 19th sash.
Food was amazing, the gnocchi was delicious. Gluten Free options aswell!!! No complaints good portions.
Overall, a lovely place to visit that is calm and has great food, five stars!
The pizza is fantastic, and the service is good. They offer vegan options as well. Please note, the place is takeaway only, with no seating available. They also have gluten free options.
Great service, friendly staff. The food was good and served quickly. It does get very busy so it's probably best to book during peak times. Do some GF options. My daughter is coeliac and had a GF pizza which she said was nice and she didn't have any issues afterwards.
Highly recommend this beautiful Italian restaurant. We ordered takeaway last night as we noticed they do gluten free Lasagne (extremely hard to find in Glasgow). The food was so fresh and the gf Lasagne was absolutely incredible. I have coeliac disease and the food was prepared safely, came with gf stickers on the packaging and no ill effects. 10/10, thanks for making 1 coeliac extremely happy.

I did not stay at the hotel but only had dinner at the restaurant, which was amazing. Tasty, fresh, healthy, well made. And the staff was really helpful with my dietary restrictions (glutenfree and vegan)
The staff were very helpful and assisted us with an elderly relative. The waiter was not too forth coming about gluten free but the original waiter we spoke to on entering the restaurant was very helpful. The food was tasty and pipping hot. Would certainly recommend the restaurant for atmosphere.
Visited this restaurant last night. I want to give this a 5 star however, I’m giving it 4 stars because it took about 15 mins for our drinks to arrive after we ordered them - bear in mind that it wasn’t super busy so slightly disappointed by the slow service. As a waitress myself, I appreciate when drinks come out fast as it really sets a nice atmosphere for the night.
The music was also too loud, and slightly off-putting as it was difficult to hear everyone outside of the music playing.
Apart from that, the food was delicious and they very accommodating to gluten free dietary requirements as they had a separate gluten-free menu with plenty of amazing options.
I didn’t catch their name, but our server was lovely. They were super attentive and very friendly. Would come back again :)
Informed and interested staff who took this gluten-free diner through all the options. A gluten-free pizza base would be a bonus though (especially as a restaurant just 2 doors down offers that option)

Absolutely lovely meal at Zizzi, the gluten free pasta was delicious. The service was amazing and all staff were very friendly especially Blanka who made my mums 60th birthday very special. 😁
Have ordered on Uber Eats and the gluten free pizza is amazing! I have coeliac disease, and I didn't have any issues from cross contamination so it's great to have a safe place to order pizza from that takes allergens seriously. The goats cheese pizza was particularly delicious! Thanks to the staff for taking great care with preparing it 😊

My family and I enjoyed this spot for our lunch at the weekend. It was very busy and the restaurant was a bit spread out but the service was good which meant we weren't missed. The food was excellent and they catered very well for gluten free. Our kids were made to feel welcome and there is plenty of space for them to move about. I'd recommend and will go back!
We have stopped on this restaurant close to the Buchanan bus station before taking a bus. They have been relatively fast, and I say relatively because we were 10 people ordering and all the food is cooked there and it is delicious. So it read worthy the time we spent. I recommend this restaurant to everyone and I will come back when visiting Glasgow again. One of my favourites specially because they serve gluten free pizzas and they are so good that you don't feel the difference. Very kind and helpful staff. Thanks very much for such a good service. Grazzie Mille!

My mother and I were served by Iga and we had the most amazing experience, from her amazing personality making us feel so welcomed, to her advice on what to have as we are both coeliac and to the unreal food it was just amazing. We couldn’t recommend this place more and thank Iga for her outstanding service. Dziękuję !!
7 of us all had different dishes including gluten free, which the chef made a beautiful cheesy pasta, and vegan which was also a winner, we all had starters and can recommend the brushetta, you won't get this any better anywhere else and the minestrone soup was another winner, every main was excellent, my fave is penne arabiatta, the staff are so helpful with menu and there is a friendly waiter and a special mention to Lauren for taking a cracking family photo, perfect restaurant.
Always good on every visit over the years. Since becoming coeliac, the attention to what's safe has been good, too. Gives confidence when things are double-checked. Serving staff are always a joy.
Amazing wee traditional restaurant! Myself, my mum and my 2 year old son had lunch here for my birthday and the food was delicious and the service was great! Our server had reddish hair (I think her name was Tracey as our bill stated) she was welcoming, attentive and great with my son. It was our first time trying this place and I’ll definitely be back! My mum is also gluten free and they are great at accommodating allergies!
Great little neighborhood restaurant - I love going there and the staff is always welcoming, whether when I pick up my order or go inside for a table.
They usually have that outdoor tent up so you can also sit there when it's raining, or if you've got a dog with you. So far I've always been lucky and got a table, even when I showed up without a booking.
The food and especially the pizzas taste great and they also offer to make them gluten free. My friend can only eat gluten free, and she confirmed that the pizzas are great, so it became our go-to-restaurant for whenever we order in or go for food. Thanks Trevi!
We ordered six tapas between the two of us and were very happy with the food. There was a complimentary basket of bread (still warm, and served with garlic butter) which went very nicely with the hummus we'd ordered.
There's a decent mocktail menu and the veggie selection is excellent, even if you dislike aubergine (like me). I think most of what we ordered ended up being gluten free by accident too, so it's worth a look if you have a gluten allergy.
I'm glad I found this place and will definitely be back.
We only went in for cake and coffee. We knew the cakes were expensive but the charge was astronomical. It is a beautiful place.
Both cakes to carry out were £4.95 each but to sit in £8.95.The addition to the apple pie was a small portion of ice cream however no addition to the pavlova as we were told it was gluten free.
I queried this ridiculous mark up and I was told it was for the addition of ice cream but nothing on the other. The person phoned her boss and he told her the carry out price for the pavlova should be £5.25.Absolutely no decent explanation given.
Don't get me wrong the cakes were lovely.Lattes had to be changed as not hot and too much foam.We were sitting in the bar area.
The bill was just under £30 for 2 lattes,a tea and 2 cakes. This is far too expensive and a total rip off.The service and ambience was lovely.
The week before we purchased vouchers for £140 for a present after having a lovely coffee however if it had been today we would have to think twice if we we would purchase these again.I know the price of everything has increased but this is unfair to the consumer.
Went for pre-gig dinner at the Hyrdo(5 minutes away). Incredibly friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and beautifully decorated. My friend is gluten/wheat intolerant and they could do any of the pasta dishes, except the lasagne, gf for them. Pizzas have activated black charcoal, hence the colour, and it was so tasty.
Pretty nice restaurant. Unfortunately my celiac relative didn't have many good options for gluten free (the GF bases for pizzas are bought in). But if not GF the food was nice.
For some reason this little gem skips under the radar of many review platforms. I suspect the locals know how valuable this culinary treasure chest is and consequently word of mouth is probably its best friend. I arrived at the end of service and most people were just finishing off their lunch.
I was offered a table next to a couple who were deep in philosophical discourse and since Pascal's wager wasn't on my to do list, I was offered a booth; near the end of service you can get lucky like that.
The table next to me was waxing eloquent about the 'brewshetta' I resisted the urge to correct them.
I started with the arancini which was served with a parmesan smear and micro greens. The pancetta inside had been rendered properly and didn't overpower the rice . Delicious!
I opted for the Salciccia with a gf pasta. The gluten-free variety is most often penne and this was a particularly good one. The Italian sausage was flavoured with fennel (and could have been supplied by Rogers the butchers on Byres Road. If not they have a decent competitor!). The dish was beautifully balanced and had I noticed the excess sugo, I would have asked for some gf bread. I really needed an espresso to close but time was against me.
The manager was old school, may I say. The ability to listen is often lost on the younger gens - or whatever they are called. Her attention to detail was matched by her manner: Confident, calm, relaxed and professional. I may have bought a used car from her.. if that had been on the menu ha! The waitress was lovely too.
Perhaps an evening visit with friends would provide a fuller picture, but lunch was certainly a positive experience! Ido hope to return soon... It would be rude not to
