I came here after the "Find Me Gluten Free" app had good reviews for it. And they were right. It's excellent. I had the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and the creamy shrimp pesto pasta with the gluten free noodles. Finished of with creme brulee and wow, everything was amazing. Their gluten free menu is actually quite extensive. They also cook their gluten free pasta in a separate water pot than their regular pasta. Everything I had was delicious. Can't wait to come back to Salina. Wish they had a location in Hays.

This place was absolutely incredible. The food was so yummy and the people were so kind. I’m so excited to have an Italian place I feel safe at eating with my gluten allergy. My fiancé and sister who both can’t eaten gluten either loved it too.

Not only was it my favorite pizza place in Manhattan before I found out I needed to go gluten free, but their gluten free crust is almost better than their regular crust. The bowling alley tables and the street signs add character, and the outside seating is great as long as the weather cooperates.

Such a great experience! We had a very late dinner, but the service and food were still amazing! I am very appreciative of their gluten free noodles options - they were so good! They let me piece together a chicken dish with their white wine garlic truffle sauce; it checked ALL the boxes. Husband ordered Pork Osso Bucco and has raved about it for weeks.
