Very accommodating! I was recently diagnosed and am learning how to eat out. Our server made me feel comfortable while ensuring my needs were met. All safety protocols were taken (defcon 5, according to our server). Pizza tasted delicious. Gluten free crust does have a firmer texture than their normal crust. But the taste was great, and there was no up-charge.

Romas is our absolute favorite restaurant! The food is consistently fabulous and homemade! They go above and beyond to accommodate my gluten free issues. We routinely order Togo from them and have never once had anything but excellent food and service. We also attended a retirement party there recently and the staff was top tier. They had food out fast and fresh. The quickly and quietly served a huge crowd without my mistakes and among the speeches and crowds. I would most definitely host a gathering here with zero hesitation!!! They also hosted a large homecoming crowd with superior service and food! Infinite stars to Roma!!!
