A place that advertises an entirely separate GF oven and has vegan cheese sounds perfect for our family. But their GF dough is made of wheat starch, which is NOT sufficiently free of protein for many with celiac and anyone with allergies. No sense having a dedicated space if you are using ingredients that quite possibly contain gluten (speaking as a health professional who has done the research on wheat starch ppm of gluten). Only other item available for me on the menu was a $10 "salad" of just greens...which came salted?!...and the salty cured meat appetizers. Huge huge let down. Please avoid if you are wheat or gluten free.

Delicious homemade pasta. Both my hard-to-please teens loved it. And my gluten free pasta was also delicious. Priced very reasonably and excellent service. Can’t wait to go back

I’ve lived in Burlington for many years and ordered from them more times than I can count from sheer necessity (very sensitive gluten allergy), but I have never wished more strongly I could have a better option. They have done everything from sending the wrong pizza to double charging me for a pizza (that I never got a refund for despite leaving a message, talking to someone on the phone “while the owner wasn’t in” and emailing), being able to place an order while they were unexpectedly closed, and tonight was just such a frustrating straw on the camels back. Not only do they charge $4.22 for being gluten free, but I paid $21 for a build your own pizza with pesto that had max 2 teaspoons of pesto and otherwise was basically the most expensive cracker I’ve ever bought. At this point I think I’d actually rather risk cross contamination than deal with their unprofessionalism and at best decent but horrifically overpriced food again. The most frustrating part is that when that ordering while closed incident happened I got a very heartfelt apology call from a manager so I KNOW they have at least one person invested in doing this well, and that’s the only reason I’ve even lasted this long but one person is clearly not enough to hold this ship together.

The food is amazing and it’s super cute inside. Great service as well. They also have vegan and gluten free options if needed. Highly recommend!

Trattoria Delia has been a staple restaurant in Burlington for years, and it's one of the best places to get some fancy, fresh, homemade pasta. The newer Pascolo gives it a run for its money, but I ultimately prefer the Tratt. I can't name a favorite dish because you can't go wrong with much here. I always go for whatever house-made pasta dish they're serving and I'm never disappointed. It is pricey, but worth it. The last time I visited (October 2022), the staff was very attentive and the waitress was great with listing specials and answering questions. She could immediately tell us which dishes contain gluten, and was quick to recommend a house red to drink with dinner.
