I recently discovered that I am celiac, and my boyfriend, to celebrate his 30th birthday, found this restaurant through social media and decided to book here. The staff was really kind and super helpful: I called the day before to ask if it was possible to have a small cake, and despite the very short notice they took care of everything, including the candles! They fully respected my wish to make a small final surprise, and I am very grateful to them (thanks to Stefano who I spoke to on the phone and to Romano who managed everything at dinner). As for the food, I was sincerely impressed: the flavors took me back to what I ate before the diagnosis, and even the bread had the taste I remembered. It is rare to find such a welcoming and attentive place. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for gluten-free options without sacrificing taste!
Hands down the best gelato I’ve had by far!!! (And I’ve had way more gelato than one should!!) it was so soft and creamy yet also light. I don’t know how they do it!
Both my husband and I got 2 flavours, both different from each others. The highlight flavour for me was the hazelnut. It was just perfect and had crunchy bits.
They also have lactose and gluten free gelato. As well as gluten free cones!
I don’t normally get my gelato in a cone but I opted for the cone this time and I was not disappointed.
When ordering a cone you have the option of chocolate or pistachio sauce at the bottom, the two flavours of gelato and then either normal cream or chocolate cream.
Customer service was excellent and very reasonably priced.
They also have a selection of cakes and mini desserts.
Considering the area it might seem like a hyper touristic place and instead it is not at all! We spent a very pleasant evening with good quality Roman food, gluten-free options and attention to every detail from the staff who were always very kind, attentive, helpful and friendly, even though we arrived late they took care of making our three children have dinner right away while waiting for our order to arrive. This place contains many qualities that are not a given in a super central area.
Really delicious breakfast with the option of both gluten-free and lactose-free, sweet and attentive service - they already remembered us the 2nd time. Can be highly recommended
We were lucky to find this place. as we ended up here when our planned restaurant wasn't open, we wandered in off the street and had a really lovely meal. The menu was a little different, not the traditional Italian staples and the wine was excellent.
They catered for my gluten intolerance without any issues and overall this was one of the two best meals we had in Rome during our 3 weeks there.
It was also excellent value for money and we'll definitely come here again when back in Rome.
In Milan it would have been very popular, but here in Rome it is a meeting point for tourists and lovers of vegetarian cuisine. In reality the burgers - all veggie and gluten-free if desired - are worth it regardless of food preferences and are a joy for the palate as well as the eyes. The cost is also average: really highly recommended!
An ice cream shop that really puts everyone at ease, even those who have intolerances or follow particular diets. Here you will find a wide choice of lactose-free flavours, vegan options and even a gluten-free cone, crunchy and as good as the traditional one.
The ice creams are creamy, tasty and served in generous portions — finally an ice cream shop where you don't skimp on taste or quantity!
Don't miss the authentic Sicilian granita, with a perfect consistency and flavors faithful to tradition (almond my favourite).
The staff is always courteous, available to explain everything with patience and a smile.
Quiet environment with some seating: perfect for a relaxing break a stone's throw from Lepanto.
A must-see in Rome for anyone looking for artisanal, inclusive and always good ice cream.

An absolute gem. Luckily, we made a reservation as this restaurant was jammed. I am celiac so found this restaurant to be celiac friendly. Plenty of choice on the menu for me. The hostess was very friendly, understood my questions about gluten free and even made suggestions for me. They have menu's in different languages so that was great for us from Ireland so nothing was lost in translation. There were mostly Italian families dining while we were there. Food was very good, prices for what we had was excellent value. Bottle of wine a very reasonable €10, its over 5 years since I had a bottle of wine in a restaurant for anything near that price. Would highly recommend.
Thank you for your kindness to us.
We were finally able to have a gluten-free breakfast with delicious vanilla cream brioches.
We will see you again soon.
Amazing food and catered brilliantly for my wife’s gluten allergy. Can see why it has its Michelin star and compared to other Michelin restaurants in Rome it is very reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit
Excellent restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff, elegant location, perfect for a quiet dinner. I had a March cut with truly delicious baked potatoes, also very careful about gluten-free. I highly recommend!
