I went to this restaurant with my husband a week ago and we were on holiday, we ate there three nights in a row. We had a great time, the food is excellent and they also have a great choice of wine list. The staff is very kind, prepared and the restaurant is welcoming. The owner (who is also the chef) knows well what he brings out to the tables, the dishes are refined and excellent, in three evenings there all the dishes eaten were excellent and we had the opportunity to try several of them, sometimes halving some. The restaurant is AIC (gluten-free certified) and for me, as I have celiac disease, it was fantastic, the bread, desserts and all the dishes are prepared by them and use excellent quality local ingredients. There are many typical dishes, which cannot be missed... I have never eaten such fragrant, tasty, non-sweet gluten-free bread (as gluten-free foods often are), not to mention the delicious desserts... Truly congratulations to all the staff, you made the evenings of our holiday magical. If we return to the area we will definitely visit you again.

Characteristic restaurant near the center of Bormio, very typical for its preserved wooden interiors. The typical dishes are excellent as is the friendly, precise and fast service and the value for money is also excellent. Some dishes can be made in a gluten free version. Definitely worth trying.

Purchase of cakes, all gluten free bread, focaccia. Very high quality and particular praise for the panettone, always gluten free, fabulous, soft, well leavened and better than others with gluten. I'm from Parma and it was a real surprise to find a bakery that knew how to work with gluten-free flours. Congratulations and thank you for the care you take in preparing gluten-free foods.

We came to Bormio to get away from the city and the smog. Guests of the Chalet, we had the opportunity to have lunch in the property's restaurant, Filò. Revisited Valtellina cuisine, with excellent Gluten free options. The attention to the dishes, the details told by the dining room staff, the atmosphere of the place make this restaurant one of my favorite places. I will definitely go back.
