Good morning, I am replying to the owner who asked for clarification.
I'm sorry but the few stars are linked to the service, specifically, to the treatment given to me by the staff. The episodes that led me to this evaluation are different. I'll show you the ones I remember best, the most recent ones. Once I asked to be moved from the table (there were two of us) because the table was wobbly. It was the one immediately near the area that leads to the kitchen, the first, against the wall. It wobbled to the point that when I cut the steak, it was impossible for the other person to cut as well. I asked to be moved (the room was not very crowded, given that it was a midweek lunch and there were many free tables) and I was told that they would "take care of my request". After a quarter of an hour, practically almost at the end of the meal, I asked again and they replied something like "we're working on it". In the end, nothing more was said to me and we left. Another time, I asked for another bottle of water. After half an hour, I renewed my request and the waitress approached me with a huff, probably because I had interrupted the moment in which she was looking at her cell phone with a colleague, laughing loudly. I understand it's a casual place but it's still a work place. Anyway, the water never arrived.
Last experience of eating on site: before ordering, the other person, who was gluten intolerant, asked if a dish only contained corn or also flour, to find out if he could order it. The waiter replied "I don't know" and then we asked him if he could ask us the courtesy of asking in the kitchen. He came back saying we didn't know the answer and told us to look up the allergens online or to try eating him and, the next time we came back, let him know whether or not he had had intestinal problems, accompanied by a laugh on his face. Last time I ate there.
Now, when I want a sandwich, always good, which is why I gave it 4 stars out of 5, I always get takeaway, fortunately for me, I almost always end up dealing with Mr. Armando who is a very professional and courteous person.
Restaurant/pizzeria with ample parking, near the town. We stopped one evening on our way back from Piancavallo. The furnishings are a bit old-fashioned, although the black and white photographs depicting Aviano and rural life are beautiful. We ate pizza, we liked it, low and crunchy, good quality ingredients. Really fair prices and friendly staff. The wait was a bit long, we saw that they do a lot of takeaways, but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a problem! Furthermore, it says that dishes and doughs for celiacs are available, by booking at least 2 hours in advance. This can be useful for those with intolerances or health problems.
Nice, intimate, but spacious place.
I had a fabulous maxi hamburger.
For those who are celiac, you can choose baked potatoes as a side dish to reduce any contamination.
In the capricciosa pizza they put an exquisite smoked cooked ham and a tasty tomato sauce.
They also offer gluten-free pizzas, but they are not certified. The staff is attentive to food intolerances. I recommend it.
Very good pizza, even for celiacs. Highly recommended, I have been going to classy dinners for years.
Update 12/30/2024
Always excellent, I update that they also make pizza for lactose intolerants.
Delicious food, all sorts of options. Gluten-Free, Vegan, and other allergen friendly options! I come here all the time and HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.

Booked for four people ten minutes before arriving, on a Thursday evening in July. Upon arrival, the table was ready with a name tag, efficient waiters who already knew where to take us, we received the dishes in a very reasonable time and within a few minutes both the first courses and the pizzas arrived. Abundant quantities, well filled, bread and breadsticks in abundance. Particular praise goes to a young waitress who was able to be particularly prepared towards our celiac friend, and humble in reading the long list of cakes because he no longer remembered them. We enjoyed it very much. Fair price. Nice evening. Advised.
I ate really well at a more than fair price. The staff is professional, kind and welcoming. The service is impeccable, during dinner they always have a careful eye on the customer and check that everything is perfect. Excellent food with a great variety of dishes, even for those who have gluten problems. I can't wait to return with my company of friends.
Pizza with very good dough with the possibility of choosing between standard, wholemeal, soy and gluten-free dough... which does not make you excessively thirsty during the digestion process!!
Good ingredients, there is also the possibility of having lactose-free mozzarella which is however considered an extra ingredient and therefore at the customer's cost!
If the place is not too crowded, waiting times are normal for a pizza!
Standard place in terms of furnishings, friendly dining room staff, a little less so the lady who takes care of the cashier service, not very smiling and friendly towards customers!
Negative note: usually the
Digestive is on the house, not here!
They don't offer it to you and if you ask for it they even make you pay for it!
Your pizza is now a weekly fixture!
The pizza is very good and digestible: this shows that the ingredients are of excellent quality.
There are different types of dough, such as spelled and gluten-free, with the possibility of requesting the formats to share, such as by the shovel or by the metre.
The staff is young, kind and knowledgeable, available to fulfill every request.
Always punctual.
It is possible to request home delivery, paying with a debit card directly at home, a very convenient option.
Super recommended pizzeria!
Everything was delicious! Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options! Highly recommended! The owners were also very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!
Excellent cleanliness of the premises, excellent food, good prices and generous portions. Possibility of having gluten-free dishes, SUPER. Very friendly staff, the waitress who served us was very professional, but also very kind and nice. Next time I'll try the pizza too. I highly recommend it.
In my search for a place that could make me a gluten-free pizza for at least my daughter, I came across the Marasca pizzeria. Super welcoming staff, from the owner on down everyone welcomed us with a smile. The pizza with normal dough was very good, the gluten-free one my daughter liked a lot, so much so that she asked me a few days later to go back as soon as possible. I will not fail to please her!!! The parking lot on the opposite side of the road is quite large, we dined inside given the winter period. The spaces are more than decent.
It's a two-storey pub, the dishes are excellent and plentiful.
Fast service.
Average prices.
Dishes suitable for celiacs.
Friendly and welcoming staff.

I really liked this pizzeria. The owner is a delightful person with a great desire to work, quality ingredients! Pizza also for celiacs. Too bad the place is a bit small so make a reservation. We will definitely go back.
