Stopped in here for some food. Awesome customer service, delicious food, well priced and lots of gluten free options. After eating there I cannot believe that this restaurant isn't more highly rated.
So I went to dinner last night at lotus and being celiac I asked the staff member that I have gluten allergy and he said everything with an Astrix can be made GF, so when I started to choose my options he stated that all them dishes are cooked in the same fryer as the gluten food. That means it's cross contamination and how will that be gluten free. That was very disappointing, the menu should be adjusted to what is actually GF . Besides that everything was good.
We ordered some food to go here because we tried coming last minute (even on a weekday) and they had no tables available. So make reservations in advance. I got their yellow curry to go and it was delicious. After asking the staff they said they take precaution in the kitchen to help prevent cross contamination. They said that you can't have any fried foods though because it's not a dedicated fryer.
Excellent time spent with family for lunch, went for the feed me menu (3 course). No problem looking after/catering to my Coeliac diet. Delicious food and wonderful service. Shout out to Coco for looking after us!
I have previously had coffee and the impossible cake from Bottega Coco. The coffee is excellent The impossible cake is meant to be gluten and lactose free but there is something in the cake that I still react too.
This time I went with a friend and this my review:
Order
Gluten & lactose free GNOCCHI AI PORCINI (VG)(V)(GFO), caprese salad, bruschetta, lemon lime bitters, pineapple juice.
Pros
Excellent service
They catered for my gluten free and lactose free dietary requirements.
The food was really good.
The ambience of the place was also great.
The lemon lime bitters was excellent."
Cons
I didn’t take any pics of the food.
We went to celebrate our friend’s birthday. We started with cocktails before dinner, and I highly recommend the restaurant’s signature cocktail, Ari Maya. One of our friends has a gluten intolerance, and they were incredibly helpful in accommodating this (thank you so much, İpek, for your attention!). All the staff (Selin, Ecem, and İpek) were extremely attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious—my favorite was the yogurt kebab. This is a must-visit restaurant with amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere.
Had the best time at NOLA for my partners birthday. They cater to gluten free options and the set menu was impressive in the range of options and impeccable value. Highly recommend.
Excellent Newly Opened French Inspired Restaurant. All outside so there’s no air conditioning but it is lovely to enjoy the outdoors. They are open for breakfast daily (as well as lunch & dinner) hidden away behind Barangaroo. Beautiful food, friendly service, tasty menu with great gluten free options. There are more established restaurants along the waterfront but we like this one the best! New, out there, outside, fresh.. give it a try!!
Staff was super friendly. Our server recommended good vegan options. Very rare you see a restaurant doing gluten free breads and they were yum. The Indian sunset mock-tail during sunset was a lovely experience.
The winter special carrot pudding has all my heart.
Highly recommend, will be back.

The person who served me took every effort to make sure I could have a safely gluten free scoop (as I’m a coeliac). I really appreciated her understanding and calmness especially given the big line to ensure this 🍧
