My mum and I visited the other week and were so impressed! The food was brilliant, and the two waitresses we had were lovely. My mum is coeliac and she really enjoyed her gluten free pasta. Great place for coeliacs.
Great burger joint that had a seperate gluten free menu! My coeliac partner reacts to even very small traces of gluten so to not have any symptoms at all just shows how great this place is with their cross contamination. My partner really enjoyed their burger, chips and milkshake. I would recommend booking in advance as it does get very busy!
Lovely food. Coeliac friendly with a gluten free menu (although significantly reduced from main menu - there are still excellent options). Gluten free roast pork with potatoes, gravy and cabbage and bacon salad was to die for!
As promised on the website, they actually cook their own food and make their own lemonade. The ingredients are fresh, delicious, and perfectly balanced. I can't agree with the complaint about small portions; everything was a reasonable amount. The gluten-free breading is also great! Compared to other restaurants, the bill was on the lower end.
Lunch was delicious! They have multiple gluten free options and the menu has all of the allergens listed and well marked. I had the Rogan Josh and it was very good.
Horrible, avoid this place.
Food was quit plain.
Staff rude at least our waiter was specially with our table. Lack of attention, didnt come even once to check and told me to look at the picture of the food when asked for gluten allergies on a salad!!
Horrible service i think different dishes come from different kitchen otherwise i dont understand. Still!!!
We got salad first after 30 min pasta and another over 30 min pizzas. So none of the plates we ordered came at the same time. Pizzas seemed to take the longest like forever.
So there was none
Reading now reviews i can see is not a punctual thing. I should have read the reviews before .
Made reservations several months in advance and mentioned need for gluten free. Upon arrival waiter was aware of my needs and told me which options were safe for me, as well as informing me that gluten free toast was available. Ordered ham and cheese omelette with gf toast. Simple but satisfying. Coffee was traditional, rich coffee served with milk and sugar.
Last week we were in salzburg for eight days visiting old friends from 30 years ago when I lived there. We enjoyed the most amazing pizza at dish restaurant. We are from New York, the pizza capital of the world, but this pizza was amazing. We had a nice conversation with the owner. . His wife was super friendly and actually assisted by showing us the ingredients for the amazing gluten-free crust. The man behind the counter, making the pizza was extremely proud of his craft And actually looked over to make sure that we loved the pizza. We not only went back for another lunch, but when we return in October, this will be our first stop.
We went there for ice cream this afternoon. They had gluten free ice cream cones that were specially packaged! The staff was also knowledgeable. Wow! And all the ice cream containers had lids. The work was done cleanly and the tablespoons were washed thoroughly beforehand. A dream for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. THANKS!!!! Aside from that, the ice cream was VERY DELICIOUS! :-)
Best Chinese restaurant in Salzburg! They even make the dishes gluten free if you ask them to. The staff is also super nice !! They prepare the dishes fresh so don’t be surprised to wait a bit - it’s worth it though ;)
Really great food, service and menu. Very clearly labelled with dietary information for gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and other requirements. Very nice place!
A very appealing menu, many gluten-free and vegan dishes, very stylish dishes and beautiful preparation of the food and drinks. The staff is understanding and very friendly. I'm looking forward to next time!
To all gluten-free people: the pizzas are incredibly delicious!
My friend had a vegan burger which was also amazing! The staff were quick and friendly and we didn't have to wait long for food - and that on a Saturday evening.
All in all, cool store :-)
Beautiful atmosphere, amazing, fresh food and wonderful coffee. Tasted just like a Melbourne brunch and coffee - felt right at home! The service was also fantastic and they catered to my coeliac friend with wonderful homemade, gluten free bread. If you’re making a stop for lunch in Salzburg, look no further!
Unfortunately a bad experience.
I ate a shawarma plate. The meat no longer tasted good and I completely emptied myself about 10 minutes later. Clearly the quality wasn't up to par.
The waitress also has problems with allergies. They wanted to sell me bulgur as gluten-free with full conviction. If so, I would have absolutely no confidence in the information provided by the other courts either.
Price/performance seems to be geared more towards tourists who only come once.
The food was beautifully prepared and very tasty. There was a recommendation for gluten-free here and others could order vegan guacamole. Everything here is fresh and homemade. Big praise.
Excellent experience. Only two items on menu marked as gluten free but waiter advised all main courses could be made gluten free. I ordered the pork schnitzel with potatoes and it was delicious!Beautiful terrace with most amazing view over old town.
Super nice and well-informed employee. She was knowledgeable about celiac disease/gluten intolerance. Gluten-free was no problem at all. The bowls were extremely tasty and absolutely reasonable in terms of price.
+ friendly staff
+ glutenfree bagel for breakfast available
