Amazing menu and staff ✨
Via Petrarca, 7, Merano, Italy
We were in Meran today and thanks to the many positive reviews of the happy bistro, we ended up here for dinner. The service was very nice, the atmosphere was very familiar and friendly. We were lucky and got a few rays of sunshine on the terrace with a view of the mountains on a rainy day. The restaurant is on a busy street, so it can be a little noisy from time to time because of the cars, but the service and the selection of food make up for it. I had a gluten-free pizza that was simply amazing. Not the standard hard Schär pizza base you usually get. It was just really tasty. Dessert would also be provided with gluten-free ice cream, if our bellies weren't already full we would have tried some there too. It's great that there is a place like this and you can easily order with your intolerances.

Enjoy pizza with a smile, at a hot-spot by the highway with a cozy, modern vibe that won't disappoint your wallet.
Great gluten free pizzas. We've been stopping on our South Tyrol vacations for years.
Via S. Giuseppe, 17, Moos, Italy
Incredibly good pizza and best of all: gluten-free and absolutely top quality! I had the Pizza Helm, an unusual but highly recommended combination. Very nice, courteous staff, reasonable prices. We would like to come again!
Strada Val Pusteria, 16, St. Sigmund, Italy
A spot known for its welcoming aura, cleanliness, excellent value, and inclusive options. High recommendations for the economical half-board!
Good quality, we stopped because of the presence of the restaurant in the AIC guide, I must admit that the gluten-free pizza is really excellent! It is also possible to eat gluten-free first courses and some second courses which are still good. As far as the normal version is concerned, the quality is undoubtedly good (the dumplings are recommended as they were really good!)
Via Roma, 45, Merano, Italy
Very tasty dishes and the best gluten-free pizza in Merano!
Via Pusteria, 9, Toblach, Italy

Strada Rütort, 1, Corvara, Italy
When I go on holiday to Corvara for years now Fornella has always been the fixed stop for every dinner for me and my family! The staff is always very friendly, the service is very fast and the food is of excellent quality! Gluten-free pizza is very good and it's not always a given to find gluten-free options!
Via Geizkofler, 15c, Sterzing, Italy
Enjoy a relaxing ambiance, fast internet, efficient laundry service, and a countryside setting that's just a few steps from the city buzz.
We came here for dinner, attracted by the AIC-affiliated gluten-free cuisine. My partner tried gluten-free dumplings for the first time, which she was very happy with, and my buckwheat dumplings with sauerkraut salad were also very good. I don't give 5 stars only because of the long wait for dessert, more than half an hour, unfortunately we ended up at the time when dinners were served to hotel guests. However, it is still a restaurant worth trying.
Via Marie Curie, 13, Bolzano, Italy
Beautiful place, excellent food and great attention for everyone, both for those who don't eat meat and for those with celiac disease. Highly recommended!
