One of the best gluten-free restaurants we've ever eaten at! The entire menu is also available in a gluten-free version and it's all really delicious. The highest quality products, cooked with great care and professionalism. In addition to being delicious, the dishes are also beautiful to look at. All the staff are super kind and attentive. We even organized our motorbike itinerary to be in Bormio on the days the restaurant was open, also because, from what I found in my research, there aren't many other gluten-free options in the area. Thanks to all the staff for their passion, attention to intolerances and for the warm welcome!

Delicious and friendly helpful staff. They chef came out and talked through gluten-free options and was able to do gluten free pasta. The chef also talked through the wine options.

Very good gluten-free options in Bormio. They had gluten-free pizzas and a few other options, so it did the trick. They also had gluten-free craft beer, though no bread or dessert. Family atmosphere.
