This place has the absolute best fish and chips that are gluten free! We come here first thing when visiting London. Recently added the fried halloumi and it didn’t disappoint. If you really want to be bound for the future here - add a side of curry sauce and you will forever be looking for a place of equal goodness (we have yet to find it)!

I go to presto ~3 times a week for coffee and sometimes their Gluten free cheesecake. The best coffee and amazing atmosphere. I was nervous to try Presto Gluten free pizza but they went through all the precautions and told me how they would be cooking it and I felt assured. Although there is a risk of cross contamination due to flour used in the kitchen, I tried it 5 days later and I am all good (considering the smallest crumb can set me off). Not only safe but the TASTIEST pizza ever and for a GF base (which are usually cardboard) it was very tasty and crisp. Highly recommend

Many adverts of "gluten free", but it is NOT really gluten free, they use the same oven which has normal flour in the oven to prevent them from sticking - if allergic or sensitive to gluten avoid!

I really do like the location and being able to do some work at this cafe. The coffee I order is always lovely, and the gluten free toastie tastes great! However, the service each week is hit and miss, and today, was another serious miss; actually, the worst so far. I felt like I was intruding and unwelcome at the place. Excellent customer service is hugely important to me, and today's event has really put a bad taste in my mouth. Contemplating not returning now :(

Adding here as don't know how to reply to the cafe's message below. Just to inform everyone that I have been back to the cafe twice in the last 2 weeks (end of May 2025), and the service I have received both times has been superb!!! The food and coffee was always lovely, but now the service seems to be consistently excellent now as I watched interactions with other customers during my trips. So, once again, I am happy with the place, and delighted I can now return regularly to eat, drink, and work :)
