My family & I have been here twice for breakfast. Upon arriving, there is plenty of parking. We are greeted immediately with very friendly staff. I learned that this place is Veteran owned. There are also t shirts for sale. We're seated right away & servers are very friendly, attentive & accommodating. With the second visit, which was today, there were 6 of us. There were a large variety of excellent dishes available with the biggest servings I've ever seen! Specialty pancakes, French toast, delicious scrambled eggs, omelette, biscuits & gravy, chicken fried steak & chicken and so much more. We were all very pleased with our meals, with one exception. The potato puffs, a side, looked delicious, but when several of us bit into it, the taste was similar to raw pancake batter. Everything else was exceptionally delicious. A few of us sat on a bench that rocked back & forth with the guests at the table behind us, which was a little bothersome. I highly recommend this place, with the one exception, which brings it down to 4 stars. There are quite a few gluten friendly foods. This is a great restaurant with great service, great food & easy parking.

I have celiac disease which is a gluten intolerance. This kitchen makes every single item with love, down to every last gluten-free dish. Every staff member is considerate and genuinely enjoys interacting with their customers. They take care and pride in the dishes they serve. Trying to find gluten free fresh food in Brevard County Florida is a complete task in itself. By far the best bakery on Florida's Space Coast. Shout out to GM Kelly <3

This is a gem in Brevard County and beyond! The care that goes into this plant based kitchen is top notch. I'm especially grateful for the delicious gluten free options, pre-made items, juices, and seasonal coffees/drinks! This is a must when in the area!
