Stopped for a quick lunch and refill on snacks before hiking to the Mount Arab fire tower with a big group of homeschool kids. The weather and foliage were not-to-be-missed this late in October! We won’t have many more days like this. The kids enjoyed pasta and garden veggie marinara sauce and cinnamon buns. I had stuffed cabbage rolls and the most delicious gluten free vegan apple crisp. The cabbage rolls needed more salt which I’m glad it wasn’t the other way around and they actually had pink Himalayan sea salt in all their shakers non of that NaCl garbage- wow! We shopped their selection of gluten free and organic snacks and found exactly what we needed. The hike was awesome. We swung back by for Aqua Vitea brand kombucha on tap to rehydrate after. Two stops in one afternoon and we feel so lucky! This is such an amazing asset to our community. Thank you so much Food Hub!!

I recently had an event catered through Mike at Porkbusters and would highly recommend! He was very helpful with ordering, organized, and he responded quickly.
The day of the event, all food was hot, fresh, well organized and delicious! All condiments, toppings, cutlery, were laid out nicely with great attention to detail down to the separation of croutons for my gluten free guests.
I appreciated the ease of working with someone kind and experienced! We also got so many compliments on the food. I would highly recommend adding the Mac n cheese and brisket sliders to your next catering order!
