Pork Busters catered our July 2025 wedding. The food was incredible, the owner and chef were awesome to work with! All the way from the first inquiry, we knew our event was in good hands. The owner called us within 20 minutes of submitting the catering request form and continued to make our event feel like a priority through the whole planning process. Porkbusters is extremely accommodating toward gluten allergies and our GF guests were able to enjoy gf mac and cheese and gf cornbread along with their meals, just like the gluten-eating guests (that never happens!). Many guests came up to us raving about the food and most went up to the buffet for seconds. Not to mention the buffet set up and clean-up was fully taken care of by the chef. I would recommend Pork Busters catering to any BBQ lover!

I recently had an event catered through Mike at Porkbusters and would highly recommend! He was very helpful with ordering, organized, and he responded quickly. The day of the event, all food was hot, fresh, well organized and delicious! All condiments, toppings, cutlery, were laid out nicely with great attention to detail down to the separation of croutons for my gluten free guests. I appreciated the ease of working with someone kind and experienced! We also got so many compliments on the food. PorkBusters catered our wedding in Saranac Lake, the food was amazing. Everyone is still talking about it a month later. Mike and his team were very friendly and easy to work with. They have options for celiacs which is always a plus. The chef and serving staff were friendly and removed any stress from the food we had. We definitely recommend PorkBusters for your wedding or any catered event!
