I came here due to a WRONG REVIEW stating that there was gluten-free deep, fried fish. They do offer gluten-free clam chowder, but it taste like it comes from milk from a can = ugh! Had little bit of clams and potatoes. At 60 years old, I was not full ~ at this age I eat 1/2 meals and get full! * Liz was a very sweet waitress!
I’m spoiled by Newport’s “Nye beach Cafe” and better yet “Hilltop Bristo” ~ both offer gluten-free bread with your clam chowder bowl or gluten-free grilled sandwiches 🥪 😃😋😋 ✅
Loved my gluten free schnitzel!!!!!! Also the music is amazing and made me actually want to just sit there. So glad I found this place! My husband had some monstrous meat platter that was delicious as well! AND they had Gluten free cake! We are in town for a week and I think I might go everyday! The waitress was also very kind and helpful.
Not only did they have great coffee but gluten free treats to go along with it. If you are allergic to gluten you know how rare that is! So was sweetly surprised to get a treat with my coffee. Friendly staff and great tasting coffee!
Wildly good! The staff was quirky and very polite and thoughtful. The pizza was beyond good. I got a veggie pizza and it was absolutely loaded with fresh veggies that were cooked just right, and with the right amount of oil. The gluten-free crust was incredible. Cute Decour and games inside, I loved the marine life mural! This place is a gem A+
Allergy friendly that doesn't sacrifice on flavor. Great service and the food is delicious. Had the pad Thai and they cheerfully made it gluten free and vegan. So good.
Wonderful restaurant! Real candles on the table and they were very accommodating of my gluten and dairy free needs. The homemade sausage was delicious.
Great food and service. The owner personally assured my family about their gluten-free options. We've been regular customers and the experience has been consistently excellent!
We were seated and started off with enjoyable beverages. We ordered appetizers and main course to share. We specified that we are dairy and gluten free. One of us has a severe dairy allergy. Our server Mitch said he would check on the various items we ordered and came back stating that they could accommodate us. We started with the appetizers and the calamari was fantastic, gluten and dairy free. Charcuterie board with various meats, not certain crackers were GF?. Our dinner entree came and looked beautiful, however, we noticed the foam garnish looked milky. So come to find out dairy was an ingredient. Had to be remade. The scallops were beautiful and delicious (seasoned well) Sadly the vegetables were severely under seasoned. We had ordered oysters as well but did not receive with the appetizers they were served after dinner entree. Due to us having to remind him. But not seasoned or even a squeeze of lemon juice. These are just a few things that we had happen. Mitch was gracious enough to comp us with a delicious dessert to go. Overall kitchen and food good. The Service needed a little extra help. We understand that everyone has good/bad nights. Willing to try again next time we are in town.
Amazing service, and amazing food. The ribs were delicious, the salad was so fresh and they had a great house made mango dressing. And the best part is that most everything on the menu was gluten free.
Staff is amazingly helpful. Gluten free friendly menu items and willing to adjust menu for dietary needs. Lots of options, great prices. Will be back to explore more.
I am the 100th review. Hell yeah.
This place is so bomb. The people are so kind and so understanding for gluten-free customers. They understand people who have celiac disease and I have never been sick eating here.
If you are someone with Celiac I recommend this place. They have gluten free wraps that are better than anywhere else. By far my favorite food in all of coos Bay
