We absolutely love this restaurant and eat there at least once a month.
One of the big draws from me ore. Originally, choosing this restaurant was the delicious gluten-free menu. Any authentic food.
Great burger place, many options. Onion rings quite popular, also pretzel bites. All you can eat sides. Our server offered us fries up front- instead of appetizer. Burgers are customizable and all ingredients delish. Their campfire sauce is amazing! Competent friendly staff check on you without hovering. Kid friendly and I understand quite gluten friendly as well. Full bar. Loyalty program. Military discount.
I have celiac disease so I’m incredibly sensitive to gluten and any small amount will end me up in the hospital. This is the first time I’ve had subs in 6ish years and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming, and helped me out so much by having a new clean cutting board, knife, and all new ingredients to make sure I didn’t have cross contamination. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant since getting diagnosed, and it’s so amazing to see workers who are so kind and genuinely care. I will absolutely be back (probably all of the time 😂) but I just want to say thank you! I waited past my normal time in which I would have a reaction, and nothing at all!
After an hour wait they called us to sit too early, and asked us to stand at the front. After another eight minutes or so my wife was notified that we were removed from the list, when asked they said we were called seven minutes ago..... After that was taken care of, the service was good and we ordered. The only thing marked gluten free on the menu is not gluten free on the weekends because the kitchen can't prevent cross contamination. So the one item I was looking forward to was off the table. The hash browns were thin and hard, the pancakes came with no butter and syrup. The syrup showed up about 5 minutes after the food did.
Great restaurant, I had the ribs (kinda spicy), Inna had Kung Pao chicken (very good), the duck appetizer was delicious.
If I had to say something negative, it is that our dishes spent 10-15 minutes to get to our table, from the first person to receive their dinner to the last. Timing matters, and if you have to bring food out first, make sure it's the *ladies* food.
Also, a gluten free dinner was easy to get. Congratulations!
I will go here again... and it's quite the drive. Highly recommended! 👌
Portions were small for appetizer. The salad hardly had any dressing and a weird seasoning was on the bacon and salmon. I let them know I had a gluten allergy, but I don't think they are up to date on all ingredients that contain gluten, I got an allergic reaction.
Gluten free pancakes were great! The omelette was on point, and everything else came out good too. If it didn’t we were too starved to notice. The kitchen was short staffed so the wait for our food was long. Our waitress was awesome and made up for it. I wish she had told us her name….Our cups had coffee stains so we offered paper cups. Too bad the coffee was water downed. We love us some coffee😞
They can sub bread for gluten-free products. The only thing is the fruit bowl is not apart of the meal, you pay extra for it. They don't tell you that either.
Went for a nice, simple lunch. I've been craving cheese pizza for a while. They offer gluten-free crust which is amazing!! I asked for extra sauce and cheese because I just really wanted it. It was super delicious! Servers & staff all really friendly
Highly recommend! 🥰
We had the pleasure of dinning in this afternoon. Where we were wonderfully greeted by Samira. From arrival and departure she was very courteous, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and making sure all of our food was enjoyable. We also came for the gluten free options because my daughter has celiac disease, she was very mindful and informative of the options for her! Samira even made sure that the kitchen followed all safety precautions while preparing the gluten free items. We appreciated the hospitality and great food!
I'm not sure what makes the staff think its ok to give me food off of another table, but im completely disgusted that the bread i got was clearly not fresh and off of someone else's table. There was butter, cheese, and lettuce stuck to it.
Like someone sent it back and they just put it in my bag to take home.
I'm so disgusted by this cheap and unsanitary thing.
Don't come here. Its not worth the risk of getting someone else's uneaten food.
I should also mention that since covid, the quality of food in general has gone downhill to the point of me getting food poisoning from rotten cheese in my salad and baked potato. The sirloin are only 30% edible. You have to maneuver around all the unedited tendons, and they even cut the steaks incorrectly so they're hard to chew regardless of how theyre cooked.
I'm pregnant and just really wanted bread and steakhouse butter and saltgrass is the only place that offers it gluten free.
And our bread came to us looking like they took it off a burger someone sent back with cheese stuck to it.
I'm literally so disgusted by all of this, I've been throwing up since I got home just from seeing that they gave us that. Cheap, cheap, cheap.
What an excellent restaurant, amazing atmosphere, and really impressed with responses to gluten and dairy allergies!!! Staff is phenomenal, and really in touch with entertaining!
I appreciate the taste of homemade pizza. Will definitely come back to try the gluten free pizza next time. The person in the front was very helpful. - Lily
The staff is always great, I really appreciate the gluten free bread option, the sandwiches are delicious. The only little minus point is the drink area which is often not that clean. Especially the soda machine but I noticed those type of machines often look like that in restaurants.
