I am so sad to give this place 2 stars. I’ve eaten here for years and it was always a favorite when visiting Wimberley. But yesterday convinced me not to come back. Ordered a pizza with gluten free crust and the bruschetta. It was $5 extra for EACH item. I know gf flour is more expensive but really? I feel like I’m being punished for having to be gf. The pizza was also burned with hardly any cheese on it. Wafer thin crust on both items. For $25 I felt it was a complete waste. The atmosphere is always good here and our waitstaff was super friendly but I cannot justify spending that much on a burned pizza.

This place is incredible! First of all, it’s absolutely gorgeous! Sitting outside with an amazing glass of sweet tea was phenomenal. Our waitress was so kind, and helped me make good decisions with my gluten allergy in mind. She recommended the gluten free pizza, and let me tell you. If you are celiac or gluten sensitive this place is a must. It was the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Then they had gluten free BREAD AND BUTTER! It was so so good. There were so many options for gluten intolerance as well. I am going to go back and try them all. This place is incredible, try it!

Are bad reviews deleted? I’m shocked by the 5 stars. The food was mediocre and overpriced at best - barley warm and utterly tasteless. Zero flavor. We came in for lunch and waited 45 minutes for salad and sandwiches to come out. Very basic order. The spiced beet spinach salad had canned beets and count the blueberries - total of 5 with tiny bits of cheese. Grilled cheese wasn’t grilled, cheese cold, and barely melted. Sautéd spinach was literally just spinach - no seasoning, no garlic - just like warm wilted spinach. Burger tasteless and the crispy potato’s had no salt. Ice tea came and was never refilled. Apple juice is minute made in a box. Whoever said the chef was Michelin Star must have been jesting. Will never return even though I was thrilled they had celiac safe options. Chef came out and he was nice enough and apologized.

Nice cozy little place to eat or have drinks. Food was wonderful. Gluten free options are very nice. Owner acknowledged us with a smile and nod when we were being seated and later introduced himself shook our hands and thanked us personally for coming in at our table. Service was good. Ill def go back when in the area.

Very good coffee and pastries. Even has gluten free options! Staff was really nice but I didn't care for the fact they just sit your stuff on the counter when it's ready and not say out loud what it is or who it's for. We had to ask if drinks and food was ours and itv had just been sitting there.
