Capo Lounge is a must visit in Mansfield. They are part of a chain of “Lounges” which always provides a great menu. We have visited the Capo Lounge many times for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, and every time the food is perfect. The menu is varied and caters very well for allergens. We have visited with people eating from the vegan and gluten free menus who said the food was tasty and didn’t feel limiting like other places
The drinks are equally as good with a great selection of coffees, teas, soft drinks, beers and cocktails.
The restaurant is well decorated, with a quirky style, and different options for tables or armchairs.
I've been meaning to come here for a while and it was so worth it!
The atmosphere is really chill and cozy and the staff are so nice - the lady greeting us was so kind and had such a bright smile on her face, she made us feel so welcome!
I have coeliac disease so eating Korean food can be difficult. It means a lot to me that there's a Korean place that has a whole separate gluten free menu and really tries hard to make the gluten free versions taste amazing - especially ones that are more difficult and that a lot of restaurants don't bother with, like deep fried dishes! It made me feel like I was safe and like I could eat there confidently.
All the food was amazing! For my main dish I had Yuk Gae Jang, which I wanted to taste for a long long time, and it was so good! I love red food! The flavour was so beefy and rich, it even reminded me of home cooked beef dishes from my own country :)
My friend had chicken katsu and squid rings which I tried as well, and can definitely say the gluten free batter is delicious and amazingly crispy!
I will definitely be back and will bring everyone I know here - thank you so much for letting me have delicious Korean food despite my condition 🙏
A very good and tasty alternative to burgers etc. There are enough gluten-free versions. We particularly liked the sushi. But the soups were also very good. Plus a Japanese beer on tap. A rather rare find. The service is very nice. The prices are reasonable. We'd love to come back.
Honestly so good! We saw an A board out while shopping today and thank god we did. Went in for lunch, the lunch menu was £9.50 (with 50p supplement for Korean fried chicken!!!) and we both got Korean fried chicken for starters, and then beef bibimbap for main, with a side of takoyaki. Food was quick, great quality and so tasty. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend!
Also, LOADS of gluten free options!
Ordered a takeaway all gluten free for the first time from Pan Pan last night. Was a special occasion, but we couldn't get out to a restaurant. I took time to look into places that did yummy food with a really good gluten free menu.
WOW - the food was so so tasty, enjoyed every mouthful. It arrived nice and hot.
Looking forward to visiting the restaurant soon :-)
Stopped in on my way to watch Hamilton. Amazing flavours! Beautiful! Small space so I sat on the bar by the window, but it was a pleasure to look out and watch passerby. The Pleasure on my face was so evident that many would pause, walk back and look at the menu. I had a kitchen starter and a spicy seafood ramen (only adjustable if you can take serious heat). I am planning my return trip already. My ramen came with rice instead of noodles as I asked for a gluten free option. (Friendly on the wallet).

First time visiting this restaurant and oh my goodness, what an experience. Gluten free options and oh so tasty. Japanese and Korean food, so really gives you so much choice. Cannot wait to go again!
Following really helpful advice from the staff regarding food selection, I enjoyed an amazing lunch with my family to celebrate my wife's birthday. The Korean chicken burger with cauliflower and honey chips was fantastic. The fire on my tongue was cured by a quick douse from the water jug supplied when we arrived. I would have had pudding if there was any room! Prices were reasonable and about average for the fayre. Booking is optional but apparently recommended for evenings. Gluten free menu is available so son in law got a doggy bag too.
Thanks guys we had a great time.
Dipped under the porch to get out of the rain and saw they had specfic gluten free foods on their menu outside. Very glad I went in, so glad I'm making this my go to spot for food. I have been missing Korean soups (i live in the middle of no where) this place takes me back to my fave restaurant in Seoul. Food that will make you do the "so good" dance. Staff are sweet too.

Absolutely amazing! Food was lovely but the service by RJ was exceptional and really sold the whole experience. I am coeliac and he made all the sushi gluten free - what a lovely restaurant!
Got booked in to the last available table at 8pm Saturday night. I am coeliac and the owner/chef went through the full menu telling me what she can adapt for my needs. I was served pretty much everything I wanted catered to my needs. Throughout the meal snacks/gluten free treats were brought out for me on the house. Great experience the bbq was very fun for the table to use. Will definitely be going back and recommending to others!
Booked a meal for my boyfriend’s birthday, unfortunately we were put in a room out the back with a service bell to order. It took a while to order food and drinks as a result. However, the food was amazing and we had 100% gluten free (I ate here as a coeliac and had no problems).
Visited for the first time last night, and loved every minute.
The service was great, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
My partner has a gluten intolerance and they offer a gluten free menu if you ask for it. It would be nice if they offered more options and if the allergens could be clearly marked on the main menu, but I understand why that could be difficult to guarantee.
The food overall was delicious and I want to try every item on the menu! I especially enjoyed the tofu salad.
The atmosphere inside is lovely and I can't wait to come back.
Really delicious meal here, loads of choice, spotless low key dining with helpful friendly server. Had beef short rib dish with gluten free potato starch noodles and pak choi. So tasty, menus has GF veggie vegan listed hot/spicy items are marked too. Was easy to get soy free too.
Visited Rok Kitchen in Chelmsford last night with friends. Korean street food that was absolutely delicious!
Eating out when I need to be gluten free and with a husband who is allergic to eggs is often challenging and very limited! I felt so at ease with all the information shared, care and attention! It was an absolute pleasure! I am super sensitive and had no issues 😍
I had every dishes ingredient explained, super careful about cross contamination. Many of the sauces were suitable for me to eat, the Katsu and Angry Chicken wings were divine and the Katsu fries absolutely gorgeous! My husband had a more limited egg free choice but the Bruschetta, ribs and short rib rice salad were delicious. They offered to make egg free chicken if we give them notice of our next visit. Brilliant playlist and a great atmosphere!
Highly recommended for a visit, they are a brilliant family run business in Moulsham Street.
Food and ambient is nice. The staff are really lovely too. They even ask us if they could bring out the main.
The only problemwas that because of my peanut allergy I couldn't have most starters. But there were good options fory friend who is a celiac.
Super tasty food and gluten free options for my coeliac sister!! Highly recommend!

My partner and I have eaten here 4 times since it opened two weeks ago. My girlfriend has food allergies (diary and gluten) and the staff are always incredibly helpful making sure she knows what options there are for her to eat. It has quickly become a staple favourite on our list of places to eat in town.

Enjoyed a lovely meal at Koko Korean on Friday! The service was prompt and the chef was polite and made some excellent food! We ordered the dduk-kochi & sodduck sodduk for starters, which were delicious! We also ordered a pork bibimbap and a vegetarian one too, the food was gluten free and tasted incredible. Lovely atmosphere, very relaxed and fantastic service. Will be returning during our next trip to Whitby!
Food is just amazing. Great selection (but not too much), really tasty, good veggie options and quick service. And all at a fantastic price!
My friend is also newly gluten free (strictly), and the server was very knowledgeable and able to provide recommendations and adaptations to suit.
Top class restaurant that I’m proud to have in my city!
I’m a vegetarian coeliac. We ate at 사랑방 recently and the staff were so helpful when it came to my dietary requirements! The food was amazing! Would definitely recommend. 감사합니다 😊
Had an absolutely fantastic meal tonight. I let the chef know I was Gluten Free in advance and he made me a special plate of Singapore noodles (rice noodles) just for me. Food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely return.
I liked this tea room, which was perfect for our plan of laid back afternoon tea. They had one gluten free cake, a kind of flourless chocolate mousse cake and basque cheesecakes, which we had with iced coffee and peppermint tea. All was served by very sweet caring ladies!
I came to the restaurant today on a date. I’m gluten free and we found a way around the set menu BBQ option. The service was very lovely from Raiyan, he made sure we were taken care of I would definitely recommend and come back with family.

I really love this place! Very easy to navigate as a gluten free person (they wrote me a list) and the food quality is great. Definitely the best KBBQ in Newcastle!
The Galbitang is legit. (Moreover, it’s gluten-free.) Perfect for this grey and cloudy weather. Besides, there were seats inside where I can avoid the smell of BBQ being penetrated my coat. Lastly, I appreciate kind service of Chaelim!

Absolutely amazing food considering its a chain eatery. A much healthier alternative to most options out there.
Quite a few gluten free options and almost anything could be made vegetarian / vegan.
Staff were lovely too.
A bit pricey considering its largely just veggies and rice, but it tastes amazing.
Great food with a solid selection for gluten free eating. Good service and pleasant experience overall
Music was bit loud and intrusive for my company who weren't fans of Debussy piano 😂
