Similar essence to a chipotle but for Korean food. The food was hot and fresh. The pork belly was incredible.
Gluten free items are clearly labeled on the menu.
You can either order at the counter or at the ordering kiosk.
Will definitely be back to work my way through the menu!

This is our favorite place in Chicago! We have been over and over again and it’s always amazing. We love the cumin lamb and the house stir fry! Also gluten free options!
10/10 one of the best places I’ve eaten! Everyone there was friendly and the food was great, and especially entertaining if you get something spicy that your friends aren’t used to and have them try it. Not only loved their different meals, along with the fact that you could get a majority of them gluten free and vegetarian which is amazing, but all the drinks they had to choose from were great as well. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something quick and good, especially the tteokbokki!
I recently tried the new menu, Kong-guksu (soybean cold noodle), and it was perfect for summer! This dish is not only refreshing but also incredibly satisfying. It’s a gluten-free and vegan option. You can ask to hold the eggs if you prefer a fully vegan. The creamy flavor of the soybean broth combined with the chewy rice noodles makes for a delightful and healthy meal. Highly recommend giving it a try!
This place has some of the best Korean BBQ ever! It was the first Korean dinner place I had ever been to and everything was immaculate from the food to the service! They even accommodated my mom who is gluten free. Our waiter was extremely kind and funny and the rest of the staff was so sweet and encouraging when I tried to speak my limited Korean. I had never tried speaking Korean to actual Koreans before so it was an amazing first experience! The owner even gave me a Korean yogurt drink called Yakool because he was so impressed! This all happened about a year ago so my review is a tad bit late, but it is totally worth mentioning. This place has the best food ever. I only wish they had kimbap! But it makes sense that they don't because it takes a whole bunch of preparation to make. I live about an hour away so I haven't been back in a year but I plan on going tonight!
Replete with 2 banchan (Korean side dish) of braised potatoes and cubes daikon kimchi, this food was delicious with fresh, quality ingredients. Enjoyed my tofu jigae with a mug of tea. Wonderful place and fair pricing. If you have never had Korean food before, please come here! Get the Bibimbop or japchae or seafood pancake. Just come and delight! If you are gluten sensitive you will need to ask about the soy sauce since most dishes include some soy sauce in them.
