I recently tried the new menu, Kong-guksu (soybean cold noodle), and it was perfect for summer! This dish is not only refreshing but also incredibly satisfying. It’s a gluten-free and vegan option. You can ask to hold the eggs if you prefer a fully vegan. The creamy flavor of the soybean broth combined with the chewy rice noodles makes for a delightful and healthy meal. Prep favors old school Korean (meaning, less meat).
❣️ GOMTANG (Korean Ox Bone Soup). More meat now than the old location. So, I'm happy! 🤗 I don't pour rice into the soup bowl as it would be impossible to enjoy every rice morsel. I keep them separate. Spoon with Rice dunk into soup once a while. You can pour kimchi sauce into rice or soup. Salt + Pepper necessary.
