Angelo's Pizza Parlor

We came last year for dinner to our annual dance conference and had such an amazing meal we couldn’t wait to come back again this year! Great gluten free options, amazing black squid pasta too.

They no longer have gluten free pasta, but the gf pizza is ok.

The best gluten-free pizza I have found in Pueblo. We found it when we still lived in Springs. At that time they also had a gluten-free mac& cheese on the menu. IT “ was to die for”!! We moved to Pueblo a year ago and went to Angelo’s one night for dinner and I was disappointed to learn the GF mac & cheese was removed from the menu 🙁 I raved about that dish and posted pics of me eating it. So cheesy that the cheese stretched from the bowl to your mouth as you lifted the spoon to take a bite 😋 All of you who can eat gluten can still enjoy this glorious dish but not us GF souls. I've met a few people since living in Pueblo who used to go there just for the GF mac& cheese and they were just as surprised Angelo’s stopped offering the Gluten option 🤷🏻‍♀️ When in the mood for pizza Angelos is our “go ❤️too”’ Being an East Coast girl I'm also picky about the taste of my pizza, the sauce, and most definitely the “ cheese” :) It's not just that it's GF…. I would go there for their pizza if I could eat gluten… it's all around a great pizza and it is in our top 5 favorite places in Pueblo to eat or take family and friends who are visiting.
