If you’re EVER near Denver, this is a must stop. I live in Colorado Springs and have already warned my partner that their gluten free Nutella pizza will be a pregnancy craving in the future we’re def driving for. 😂 They use gluten removed wheat starch from Italy (celiac safe but not safe for a wheat allergy) and separate prep areas and ovens for gluten free orders. Their fried eggplant is also one of the best meals I’ve ever had from a restaurant. They do have vegan cheese options too.
With a cool ambiance, big street-facing windows, and a diverse menu of made-to-order options, this spot promises a unique dining experience.

We had breakfast there twice while staying at the hotel. The service is excellent and the Eggs Benedict was amazing. The use polenta instead of bread and proscuitto instead of the more traditional Canadian bacon. I would like to go back and try dinner here as the ambiance is really cool. Big windows facing the street. I am Celiac and they have lots of Gluten Free options in addition to a dedicated GF prep space. They take it very seriously and I was safe here. The bar area is really cool on the corner of the building.
A lively spot with a chic vibe and seasonal menu, perfect for a cozy evening out, ensuring a delightful dining experience overall.

Overpriced and disappointing.
I ordered the baked al forno, which was described as having a bechamel sauce to it, but was dry as a bone minus what seemed like some sort of consomme drizzled around it. Without a sauce to carry any flavor, it also tasted quite bland. For some reason, they also didn't provide a sharper knife to cut through the pasta, so I had to saw through it with a butter knife. I feel like they may have given me some dairy free version because my partner couldn't have dairy, so I don't know if the service was bad or the food.
My partner ordered a ragu with gluten free fusili, which seemed like it came out of a box. Which is fine, but don't charge home made pasta prices for it? If it was home made, it was severely undercooked, so my guess is that the kitchen didn't know gf pasta takes longer to cook.
We also asked for cheese on the side and instead didn't receive any cheese until we had to ask for it.
We were excited to come here, but I've had better Italian meals at Olive Garden.

This place was a gem under the previous owners. It had been about a year since I last visited and as soon as I walked in, it felt different. Despite only one table with patrons , almost all the other tables were dirty. There was a very loud vent fan (~70dB) running that made it uncomfortable to be around. We had asked for gluten-free pasta and we’re told that it takes 18 minutes to cook and they’re only open for another 30 minutes. We ordered vodka penne pasta with sausage, shells & sauce, a had a Pelegrino to drink - it was $55. The pasta was a little overcooked thoguh the sauces had good flavor. Sausage was small and clearly had been previously cooked and reheated. It was very tough to cut through and chew. The bread was terrible, slightly stale and looked like Wonder bread shaped in a baguette loaf. The staff was very friendly, though never checked on us after our food was delivered to the table.
I get that it’s tough to run a restaurant these days, rent is probably expensive there, but the old restaurant seemed to work really well. They had family recipe lasagna that was delicious and some of the best meatballs I’ve tasted. I wouldn’t even have written a review and would’ve just chalked it up to another now mediocre restaurant if it wasn’t so expensive and a bad value.
A beloved Colorado staple known for its consistent quality and tasty options, but be ready for a bit of a price bump.

On a busy Friday night this place was perfect.
Party of three entered and the place was packed. We got seated immediately and hd the friendliest and welcoming server Jaylene. She explained how the mountain pizza was special and even helped a person in our group with dietary restrictions.
The gluten-free, cheese free pizza was a hit and looked great to me. The veggie pizza and margarita pizza also came out great. Beer, cocktails, and even the house made ranch made this meal perfecto.
Shout out to MOD Victor for running the packed place and even taking time to check on us. We cant wait to come back. This is the pizza spot to hit up in Arvada.

The restaurant has premade gluten free crusts they can use for the pizza and to make cheesy bread. You can definitely tell the crust is pre-made but the toppings tasted fresh and they had some of the best gf cheesy bread I’ve had in Colorado Springs! The salad I got on the side was also large and filling and they use a separate baking dish for gluten free items + will change gloves and be careful about cross contact.
This spot offers an intriguing menu with unique dishes and fabulous drinks, but service can be slow at times.

This is a tale of two dinners. Had it just been my dinner, this would have been 5 stars all the way. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
My wife, who has celiac, loved her peach salad, but absolutely disliked their version of a gf pizza. By the time service got back to us for a check in, I was already done with my meal. They did make it up to us with free dessert, but we do wish she had been able to try the gf pasta.
I can say the elk bolognese, the pumpkin cheesecake, and the bone marrow appetizer were all out of this world. As mentioned, my wife started with the peach salad and she thought it was delicious and a unique interpretation of the dish. The drinks were also fabulous, though they took way too long to get when we were sitting right next to the bar.
All in all, a great meal, and we will be back to see if we can bump it up to a five all the way around.

This was our first time at Kaos, and we loved our pizza! My wife is both gluten and dairy free and Kaos is now her favorite pie in Denver. Thanks so much for not skimping on the toppings. Because she doesn't get cheese, she often ends up with a pizza that is mainly sauce and crust with a few scattered toppings. Not last night! There was a great portion of toppings on her pizza. We will be back. Thanks!

Two members of our group have Celiac and are on a strict gluten-free diet, and we are always apprehensive about eating in restaurants. After reading reviews, we decided to take a chance on Cranelli's. We could not have been happier! The staff we extremely understanding about the restrictions and ensured our dining experience was safe and enjoyable. Both the GF pasta and bread were amazing! My favorite dish was the strawberry and walnut salad (which is naturally GF anyway). Thank you to both the wait staff and kitchen team for rare Celiac friendly dine-in lunch!

Recently took our USAFA cadets here for a pre-finals dinner. My daughter picked it because she is type 1 diabetic and Celiac but it received good gluten free reviews. We all enjoyed our meals. The good news is that they have LOTS of gluten free options and my daughter did not get sick. The bad news is that she said it was all delicious (especially the GF flatbread) that she ate way too many carbs and her blood sugar was sky high all night. I guess that is the price she pays for good GF food. :)

What a fine establishment! It’s a very clean, family friendly restaurant with comforting and modern decorations. There’s also an arcade! I have celiac disease and the staff was very serious about taking the appropriate precautions. I enjoyed the gluten free pizza and didn’t have any issues. I got to meet Ben, who is a kind and delightful person.

This is a go to place for our family! Most dishes are outstanding and great wine pairing options are available. Clam and mussel apps are a must. Vodka sauce is delicious with fresh handmade mozzarella and they serve the best gluten free pasta I’ve had. Stay and order limoncello-ice cream dessert (chilled and served in a champagne glass) with an amaretto digestif providing a sweet balance to the lingering garlic and salt flavors of a delicious dinner!

Being able to safely eat a gluten free pizza is awesome. They're understaffed and super busy so patience is key. But! It's well worth the wait, plus the staff will still take a moment to check your table and make sure all of your needs are met for the meal.

We always have an amazing experience at Carellis. I love sitting out on the patio or by the fireplace (inside or out). They have an amazing selection of wines and cocktails. I highly recommend the carbonara, pesce asiago, or pollo saltimbocca for an entree. The mussels appetizer is also my favorite. Everything here is great, and the portion sizes are the best in Boulder for any restaurant I’ve been to by far. When I want to be gluten free, there are tons of great options that I have tried, my favorite being the carbonara or the ravioli. They also do private events and accommodate large parties with ease. 10/10 recommend!
Edit to add the banana foster crepe is to die for! Make sure to save room for deserts.

Generally very good food and service. I marked down a star because my companion, who is Celiac, was served a dish with a gluten contaminated garnish (which she caught before eating). Human error, but quite serious, nonetheless. Manager did take accountability and apologize.

I would have given five stars but there is a limited number of gluten-free items on the menu. I have a gluten intolerance all of a sudden and Perry's has an amazing crust for their pizza. I wish they had a gluten-free option for their buns but they don't. They do have wings that you can eat that are really good. Never undercooked. And the service is always amazing

Okay, so we went to the Old Spaghetti Factory the other night, and I just have to say, our server Ashley was amazing! Seriously, she made the whole experience. She was so friendly and attentive, always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. My friend has a gluten allergy, and Ashley was so great about it. She knew exactly what she could and couldn't have and made sure her meal was totally safe. It was such a relief, and it meant my friend could actually relax and enjoy her food.
Ashley was also just super personable and fun to talk to. She seemed to genuinely care about making sure we had a good time. Honestly, she's one of, if not THE best server I've ever had. If you go to the Old Spaghetti Factory, definitely ask for Ashley! She's the s***

Tried this place for the first time after the new ownership took over. I was worried that my favorite sandwich (the Buttafucco) wasn't going to be the same anymore. But it was delicious! I get the gluten free focaccia bread - which I'm so happy they didn't change it.

Take n bake is what we ordered I guess. The server tried to serve my wife a regular Stromboli when she asked for a gluten free one due to allergy and having an autoimmune disorder. Server blamed the cook and when we received the bill it showed they had put it in wrong and we were assured we wouldn’t be charged for it. We didn’t eat it, they took the wrong one away yet left it on the bill. The new gf Stromboli was rushed but it was still uncooked and raw dough. We normally love coming here with friends and family but everytime we come in just us we end up with poor experiences either the server ignores my wife or the bill is wrong and lastly we are served raw food. My food was cooked but it was also served with the first Stromboli that was not gluten free. The server and trainee never asked us how our meal was and were very pushy to get us to pay and leave only giving the uncooked Stromboli to us after giving us the bill. I personally will never come back because there is no point in bringing up the issues with management because they don’t seem to care or do anything to fix the issues. I never even talked to management this time since the prior times management when addressed didn’t seem to care.

Great pizza, great drinks, IMMACULATE RANCH. I believe Zane was our server. We told him we love ranch. And what does he come back with? Probably 10 oz of a tub of house made ranch and basalmic drizzle and carrots on the same plate. A tear shed from my eye. The plating was beautiful. The positive attitude from Zane lifted up my spirits from a cold day on the mountain. We will be back.
Side note they accommodated my sisters gluten intolerance. Live. Laugh. Love. Rosie’s pizzeria… RANCH

What a great Italian restaurant with classic dishes as well as new options to accommodate almost any crowd. If you're looking for authentic, high-quality pizza in Parker, CO, Mici Italian is a fantastic choice.
I stopped in and ordered a personal 10-inch Caprarola pizza, swapping the green peppers for pepperoncini, and it did not disappoint.
The crust was excellent—thin, crisp on the outside, yet soft enough to fold.
The toppings were generous and well-balanced, making each bite flavorful and satisfying.
The atmosphere is cozy, and while it’s a smaller spot, there’s plenty of parking available. Service was great—friendly, efficient, and welcoming.
They have a straightforward menu with a nice selection of beverages, including alcohol.
One thing that sets Mici apart is their commitment to quality ingredients.
They make their dough fresh daily, use a family recipe for their red sauce, and top their pizzas with hormone-free mozzarella.
You can choose between their signature red sauce or an olive oil base, and they also offer calzones with various fillings.
For those with dietary preferences, they have a gluten-free crust option, and their pizzas come in 10-inch and 16-inch sizes.
Families will appreciate the dine-in deal where kids eat for just $4.99.
Plus, they offer free delivery for orders over $40 and a loyalty program with weekly freebies and everyday savings.
Mici Italian is family-founded, and it shows in the care they put into their food.
If you appreciate fresh, simple, and well-made pizza, this place is worth a visit.
I will be back!
