Aromas of India by Sarita's Kitchen is hands down the best restaurant we've been to since we moved to Vermont over 3 years ago! My teen son wholeheartedly agreed, exclaiming ‘Absolutely!’ It's the first restaurant where I started writing a review before even leaving. We had the Vegetable Vindaloo with Butter Naan and Aloo Gobi (potato and cauliflower), and shared rice. The aromas were intoxicating, and the flavors were simply exquisite. We both loved it so much that we wiped our plates clean, even the last piece of rice. The service was wonderful, and the menu offered a great variety of choices, including gluten-free options. Every dish was vibrant and beautifully spiced to perfection, with a choice of spice levels to suit anyone’s preference. The ambiance was lively, the décor beautiful, and the entire space was buzzing with great energy. It's also the first time in my life that I've added a 30 percent tip—I never thought I’d surpass 25! Aromas of India should absolutely be featured on a TV show—it’s that special. We didn't want to leave and can’t wait to return!
