It may have been because of the event in the next room, but even then you don't interact with other customers. The cola smelled very strongly of beer and just didn't wash out properly when spoken to. The waiter dismissed it with a “it can happen,” which is an absolute no-go in various aspects. Be careful, the kitchen may be familiar with gluten-free dishes, but the waiters are not. If you have a specific question, simply ask a colleague instead of asking in the kitchen. All in all very disappointing, although the food was very tasty. The highlight, however, was how English-speaking guests were treated. They couldn't get a table without a reservation because the restaurant was "full". Five minutes later, German-speaking guests arrived without reservations and were able to get a seat. Just not interested in international customers? By the way, you can hear it all when you sit in the next room.
We will not come back with such staff. It's a shame because we used to be here quite often before the takeover.
