Wow! I've lived in Hoboken & JC for four years and just tried Corto for the first time last night. Hands down our new favorite restaraunt. Every single person that worked there was knowledgeable about the menu, Aaron was our server and made such great suggestions. I'm gluten free and I ate the pasta as suggested since they don't use additives and I felt totally fine (first time in years that I did that). The service, food and overall atmosphere was amazing. We will be back!! Can't say enough great things.

No liquor, wine or beer. Northern Italian food. Few gluten friendly options. No expresso, cappuccino or lattes but an Americano coffee only.
