I found this place while visiting. I have a sensitivity to wheat, I was disappointed to see only two dishes that are gluten-free. Despite the fact that there are only two options on the menu, they were quite good: the sweet and sour cucumbers and the hot and sour glass noodles. LOVED them.

There is only one gluten free option: the sweet and sour cucumber. It was not good at all and it tasted like it was missing ingredients. The chefs really need to din tai fung and try to get tips on how to improve the recipe.
There are no other dishes they can modify to make them gluten free.
The service was good though.
