This was so good. As a celiac, it’s always difficult to find sushi. Rolls were fresh and staff were knowledgeable. There are more limited selections available but if you’re not picky, this is a great spot. Would highly recommend.

Service was nice, coffee was good but to people who eat gluten free I'd skip this place. Got the gf cinnamon rolls and gf pecan muffin both were bad. I've had really good gf before and this was a mixture of dry with dense and bland, not good. Flavor was good on the muffin but it was so dry. The non gf items looked good but if you have a gluten intolerance or celiac I'd find somewhere else to eat.
Only a couple dishes could be made gluten free and none of the desserts could really be modified to gluten free. Even so the pasta sauce was delicious and made up for the lack of options. We had a dessert red wine (recioto della valpolicella) that was absolutely delicious, the chocolate notes were mouthwatering. Even so for the price and the serving sizes I probably wouldn’t go back, especially if you have a food allergy.
A lively spot near the Convention Center, offering fresh, delicious meals and a fun atmosphere, perfect for a group hangout or casual brunch.

Honestly was pretty disappointed in this place. Had been thinking of checking it out for a while with my partner who has celiac disease. Our server was great, knowledgeable and able identify gluten free items and get us gluten free chips. First off the restaurant seemed fairly busy and our server seemed to be the only one working the floor plus someone behind the bar. She did a great job considering how much she had to handle. Our three margaritas took 15+ minutes, though they were delicious. I had the blood orange flavor. For dinner I had the beef in chile Colorado burrito and it was FULL of rice and pickled jalapeño, I assumed there would be sauce/beef visible inside but I only found a small amount of meat closer to the center. My partner had the pollo asada plate and enjoyed it though also felt it took very long for what we got. Overall I appreciate the attention to gf/celiac options but I don’t think I will be returning here considering the price and quality.

Had a wonderful meal here while in Seattle for business. Needed to take clients somewhere nice but also safe for me to eat with Celiac.
Menu was clearly marked Gluten Free and both hostess and wait staff made extra notes that I had celiac.
There is a decent amount of gluten free options to enjoy and not be left feeling like there’s only one or two things on the menu you can order.
Had zero issues after eating and 12 hours later still feeling good.
Atmosphere was awesome, oysters were fresh and amazing and the Scallops and Prawns were flavorful and delicious.
Great meal and great night out.
Experience top-notch service and vibrant vibes, perfect for an unforgettable meal and drinks in the heart of Seattle.

I was in Seattle for a conference and came to Tidal twice because it was so good.
The oysters, fish and chips, cocktails, and even desserts were phenomenal. Clearly, because I had to come back for their weekend breakfast (not pictured because I ate it so quickly).
A special thank you to Veasita, George, and Manty (I apologize if I misspelled names). They were so helpful, personable, and charming. Next time I am in Seattle I will be back for happy hour! I only wish I didn’t leave before the shuck and sip class, I would have been the first to sign up.
Note: AMAZING gluten free options here!

I love a good dive bar and they are often hard to come by in tourist areas. The Alibi Room is a true gem. Small and quaint with a fun staff and amazing food. They are very dietary restriction friendly. I was able to eat vegan and gluten free. The vegan pizza is incredible. No fake lab created cheese, just real food and really good. Chickpeas on pizza? Yes please!

Of all the places I ate on my 10 day vacation, this was, by far and wide, the best food and atmosphere experience. The server was very knowledgeable about allergies and made sure my Celiac self did not get glutened. I will gladly go back the next time I'm in Seattle.

Food was okay - not taco truck good, though. I appreciate that they had tons of options, I had no trouble finding food as a gluten-free vegan. Cost was more than most Mexican restaurants, definitely priced up for the area (touristy, next to Pike’s Place). Service was almost non-existent, attributable to the ordering system (QR codes for ordering) - but the server was very sweet and kind during the 2 seconds that I did speak to her. The highlight was the tacos. The nachos, however, were the most depressing nachos of my life - lacked most of the ingredients that were advertised. I’ve had better nachos at high school football games. If not for the many options available, would have given 3 stars. Expect to spend $30+ (after tips) as a moderate eater

Went to watch the NBA finals. They have a great sports bar set up with TVs everywhere you look to see the game. Good sound coming through the sound system. We had a reservation, otherwise might not have gotten a seat to watch.
Great drink selection with tons of options on tap.
Minus a star for lack of great gluten free food options. The truffle fries weren't that great

There's a huge selection of menu items. My wife is gluten free, and while the first waiter didn't really understand the second one was incredible about it. He knew what dishes were and which needed substitutions. Throughout the meal every time a new dish was placed on the table he would mention if it was gluten free or not. It was a great experience.

What a great place to have a burger or steak. Unfortunately there are no gluten free pasta options. But my friends/family who can have gluten enjoyed the pasta. It all looked delicious. It’s a busy place with great food.

Nice atmosphere and talented waiter. Food was disappointing. The Milanese was tough, the side dish of kale had an identity crisis not knowing if it was cooked or raw, the apples on the kale were very firm, again some uncertainty whether they were intended to be cooked or raw. The dish ate very dry. The orecchiette had a decent sauce but the pasta was overcooked. The arugula salad was a bag of greens with salad dressing. On the positive side, the salad was not overdressed and the dressing was distributed evenly over the salad. We did not get the soft egg offered with the salad, perhaps that would have improved it. The restaurant was crowded so seems popular with other diners. They offered gluten free options which was helpful to some in our party.
Enjoy a cozy vibe with a diverse menu that caters to various dietary needs while serving delicious options in a stylish setting.

I am gluten free and they had a specific menu for me and most of the food on it was the same as the regular menu. What a treat! The food was delicious, the server was super attentive and I like the simple elegant style. I will be back.
Cold pizza on delivery after paying a hefty price—makes for a frustrating experience with little recourse for reheating in a hotel.

Cold pizza, unfortunately. Delivery in Seattle is notoriously expensive, and this was no exception. I ordered a 12" pizza on gluten free crust and a small salad, and after taxes, fees, and a decent tip, my total was over $56. I needed to stay in with a sick kiddo, so delivery seemed worth it this time. In general, the pizza seems good. Unfortunately, it was cold upon delivery, and as we're in a hotel, we have no way to heat it up. Gluten free crust tend to harden when cold, and this is no exception. Very crunchy around the edges. I don't know if this is an issue with Slice, maybe. When the delivery driver called me the caller ID said Doordash, so maybe it virtually changes hands a couple times before someone picks it up.
We came here on a Tuesday night and it had a line out the door. I think maybe because the hostess didn't know how to utilize other people to help her seat people. It's a nice place located on the lower lever of Pike Place Market. However, waiting outside for your table is quite interesting as the market staff or city workers (it wasn't clear which) washed down the steps and streets/flooring within the center with fire hoses to get rid of the urine. It's almost as bad at Bourbon Street in New Orleans.
They sat us and immediately took our drinks. Our group ended up drinking four bottles of wine. I had a Moscow mule and they made it exceptionally well.
We ordered a number of appetizers for the table:
Arancini - these were fabulous and large in size.
Focaccia - this came with a garlic oil, but was not over the top with garlic flavor. Truthfully, they shouldn't charge you for this and just bring it to your table. Charging $4 per order is silly.
Sauteed Calamari - my friends said this was pretty good, but I'm allergic, so I did not partake.
Next, we ordered our meals. It's a hard menu for those with some dietary restrictions. One member of our group needs gluten free options (there was only one pasta dis (though he could have had the gluten-free pasta with any pasta dish). He didn't want steak or chicken as you could get those anywhere.
I really like gnocchi, but it came with a heavy cream sauce. I could have asked for the bolognese, but its made with veal and lamb, neither which I'm a fan of. They had some more seafood dishes, again, I'm not a fish person (just basically eat shrimp). So I ordered the chicken parmigiana (I normally don't order a fried chicken breast that is smothered in marinara and covered in cheese and then baked, because there are generally better pasta options, but not here. It's very frou-frou.
The chicken parm was fantastic! It came with two chicken breasts and atop a heaping pile of small shell noodles covered in marinara and parmesan cheese. This is easily shared with two or three people. I would have brought it home had I lived there, but reheated in my hotel room the next day would have been gross. We were so stuffed that no one got dessert.
Don't misconstrue my 4 stars for a lacking review. The food, drinks, and service were phenomenal. However, my opinion is that the charging of bread for the table is kind of tacky and it's definitely more of a frou-frou Italian place. If you're looking for more staple Italian dinners, this is not your place. However, it is great for groups, and perfect for a nice dinner or date night.
Enjoy a cozy vibe with a game-day atmosphere featuring lots of TVs, great coffee, and a creative take on comfort food!

We stopped by on our vacation to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday. We snagged a spot at the bar and had two outstanding bartenders. (I wish I could remember their names, but I terrible with names. They were amazing and deserve personal recognition.) The food, drinks, and desert were outstanding. My partner has Celiac, and this trip has been hit and miss with gf restaurants. Shaker+Spear had great food and drinks for both of us as well as great service. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great seafood place to eat.

How Fern doesn't have 5 stars I do not understand... Me, and at least four of my co-workers here at Supergenius Tattoo order from them every single week. Twice a week for some of us.
I have never in my life had Sweet & Sour Chicken knock my socks off... and last week, it was the Garlic Lovers with chicken! Mind blowing. The homies get the Crispy Garlic Chicken religiously- and I've devoured the Phad Thai, and Pad Kee Mao as well.
The flavor is absolutely sensational, every time.
(and the S&S, and Garlic Lovers, and Phad Thai, are gluten free!)

This place was fantastic. Cozy atmosphere with friendly service. We got their patty melt and a blackened chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. The chicken sandwich had such a great flavor combo. The buns were also delicious. They also had gluten free buns if you are GF and gluten free fish and chips (and more) in addition to vegetarian options. The fries were different and so tasty. We started with stuffed dates which are always my favorite. Will definitely be back here.
Came here after a few hours at Rockbox. Service was fantastic, and the food was exactly what we were in the mood for. Even our friend who is gluten free and vegan had an excellent meal.
Everyone, in fact, enjoyed their meals. I had the crispy garlic chicken, and it was just the right amount of spice with plenty of broccoli on the side. Super tasty, and filling!

There were a few gluten free options and the staff was very knowledgeable about which ones could be made GF. The sushi was pretty average and the atmosphere felt pandering to white people. Overall it was decent and I didn't regret going here. Decent happy hour prices.

I had lunch with friends today for the first time at Kokos in Capitol Hill We ordered the guacamole and chips, ahi sashimi, and chopped salads, along with a couple of Cadillac margaritas—everything was excellent. The sashimi was fresh with just the right amount of jalapeño and pickled onion. A friend of mine is gluten free and pescatarian and we struggle to find places to eat out but this menu had a lot of options for her.
The ambiance was spot-on for the restaurant’s vibe, with lots of natural light, cool lamps, and a cool winged dog statue in the bar that added to the character. The music was a bit loud but not overwhelming. The only minor drawback was the service, which was a bit slow, as the hostess was also juggling table service and making non-cocktail drinks. That said, it wasn’t unbearable, and the quality of the food and drinks more than made up for it.
Overall, great food, great drinks, and a fun atmosphere—I’ll definitely be back!

Gluten Allergy People - their food marked GF on the menu is made in a shared fryer! If you have celiacs, this isn’t the place for you.
EDIT: In response to the message from SPIN - perhaps I was looking at a limited menu, but I talked it over with one of your managers and attempted to request multiple menu items, only for him to ask the kitchen and they said each one was prepared in a space/manner prone to cross-contamination. Celiac folks, YMMV, but I was disappointed to have that experience after seeing things marked “GF” on menu photos online. For an intolerance/minor reaction, you would doubtless be fine.

My husband and I came here late night while visiting Seattle, and the pizza was delicious! We had a great conversation with the owner/manager and some other patrons we met. We had the Mexican pizza and the Garlic Chicken pizza, both on Gluten Free crust, which was top notch. It can be hard to find GF crust, especially late at night, and especially somewhere that will use it for any of their specialty pizzas. Definitely recommend!
Enjoy generous portions and a worry-free dining experience, with unique textures that spark mixed reviews.

The food was so good, as a celiac it was so refreshing to be able to eat food without fear of cross contamination. though as a Canadian visiting my friend wasn't expecting the big portion even with the side and non entree dishes, the texture of the mac and cheese was ... off.
I heard such great things about Tavolàta, but was sadly greatly disappointed. I ordered my meal with their gluten free pasta, and had to send back the first dish (spaghetti w/ sardines) because it was **unbearably** salty. The second dish, we decided just to switch to the standard spaghetti and tomatoes (still with their *gluten free* pasta)… and I am unsure if they used the same water as they did with their normal pasta or not but I had an allergic reaction immediately after dinner. I expressed to the waitress this was a known allergy so I am not sure what happened, but I will not be going back. I am only giving two stars because our waitress was really nice — please do better.
With a fun vibe and a diverse menu to please everyone, this spot is perfect for casual hangouts with friends.

I found this place while visiting. I have a sensitivity to wheat, I was disappointed to see only two dishes that are gluten-free. Despite the fact that there are only two options on the menu, they were quite good: the sweet and sour cucumbers and the hot and sour glass noodles. LOVED them.

Lived up to the hype and then some. Menu was thoughtful, service knowledgeable and friendly, chef very accommodating of gluten free adjustments (had gf pasta and bread available and open to substitutions even on happy hour menu), portions were shareable, food was delectable locavore fare, drinks were innovative, and waterfront view was the cherry on top. Overall a luxurious experience at a reasonable price point. Lovely lunch with friend after the SAM Hokusai exhibit - this will be a new tradition. Park 1 block up hill at the garage on Union (under the SAM) or use valet. We were able to book table for 2 with a view with a phone call at 2.30pm on Saturday - less than 5 minute wait. Recommend reservations for peak times.

Visited last week on a trip to visit family. The food was delicious- don’t sleep on the shakshuka or pastas - and the cocktails were unbelievable. Lots of gluten-free options, including house-made chocolate molten lava cake. It was too rainy and cold for the patio, but Sicily took good care of us inside, and we had a really lovely time.

I really liked it. I ordered the Mushroom veggie one. All vegetarian, gluten free hot pot. Good amount of vegetables. All the different mushrooms was so fun! Tasty broth.
