Freekeh is a hidden gem in SF and strikes that rare combination of amazing food, service, and ambiance. We ordered a house sampler to try their various spreads and could not decide which one was our favorite- they were all that good, though the muhammara is a must-try! I am gluten intolerant and they happily accommodated me with homemade GF lavash-esque chips to go with the spreads. We also got the cauliflower and three different skewers - would highly recommend the kufta and shish tawook (chicken); each came paired with different sauces and were incredibly well marinated and tender. We tried two desserts and loved the halawa o buza- creamy, nutty, and the perfect amount of sweet. Our dining experience was complemented by the owner and waitress, who took great care of our table and simply radiated kindness and warmth. It was such a pleasure to dine here and we can’t wait to come back!

One of the best meals of my life. Destined for Michelin stars. Every dish was an experience. Romantic space, great back patio, great Arabic playlist, great vibe. Pretty decor. Service was through the roof. Quality of food was at least three times what the bill was. Price is amazing for what you get. Textures and flavors of each food are incredible. Delicious while also being healthy. Also very kind and friendly with our barky dogs. Incredible mocktail with a fresh fragrant piece of mint and pomegranate seeds. Palestinian beer and wine on the menu. I have celiac so I was so thankful when they brought us fresh hot gluten free chips instead of pitas without us even thinking to ask, because they wanted us to have the full experience, getting to eat the dishes with our hands using the chips. The dessert at the end was mesmerizing too. Great for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan. Can't wait to come back :) and to bring friends - great spot for groups. Thank you Radi!
