this place made my celiacs stomach happy. owner was very knowledgeable in how he prepped his meals for gluten free foods and it tasted amazing. the pad thai was citrus, tangy and a hint sweet and heat that really made my day. hubby got the kung pao, and he ate the whole plate no comments which means he really liked it too.

Crispy, flavorful chicken paired with incredibly fresh wok-fried rice. The aromas were wonderful, and the complimentary ice water was a thoughtful touch. The service was excellent, the atmosphere inviting, and the food truly authentic. Plus, it's conveniently located near key Albany spots. Found my new go-to Chinese restaurant! Highly recommend!

While searching for gluten-free restaurant options in Albany, I saw the Fusion restaurant on Madison…. 4.9 rating on over 100 reviews, and convinced my wife to go. The food was tremendous, and the service was excellent. I had chicken pad Thai and my wife had dumplings and pork fried rice. The food came out very quickly and it was so satisfying. We were exploring the Albany area from Springfield MA and decided to take a chance. I will do it again if I’m in the area and I will try the Colombian section of the menu.
