The baristas here are friendly and quite calm despite being constantly inundated with orders. When we arrived, on a Saturday morning, the parking lot was full and the line to order was out the door. I appreciate the gluten free goodies, which happen to be vegan as well if that is something you are looking for. The oat bar was good. The raspberry cookie had hard cornmeal pieces in it and I was not a fan, so it was tossed. They did offer to warm them, which was a pleasant surprise given how slammed they were. They lose a couple of stars for me as the clove coffee, while a good idea, the coffee was weak. The chai we ordered was very strongly spiced and not well liked for being so strong, but that is a personal preference. Every table has a card stating there is a two hour stay limit, which though I get it with how busy they are, does come across as unwelcoming. There is no sound proofing so it is too loud to easily hold a conversation between the music coming from the ceiling and the dozens of people talking. They do have multiple goodies, bagels and a short breakfast menu mostly using the gluten bagels. I wish them well, but I won't be back soon.
