We had dinner here last week and the experience couldn't have been better. We cook regularly and rarely go out because we really question the quality of the food we are being served at restaurants. In addition to serving high-quality ingredients, the chefs prepare the food extremely well. There were so many unique aspects to each dish that clearly take a lot of time and effort, with presentation being of clearly high priority. The cedar plank smoked salmon was crisp and smoky on the outside and very tender and juicy on the inside. The presentation was excellent, and it was served on a bed of seasonal vegetables with potatoes, broccoli, asparagus, and a creamy aioli sauce. The Bulgogi had a great charred flavor, and the coconut jasmine rice and pickled vegetables were extremely good and reflected a lot of effort. They offered a GF pita bread that was the best we've ever had (not that there are many around), and the chef was kind enough to come to the table and provide us with information about the bakery where they purchase these. He spent several minutes describing his experience working at Harvest, how they develop the seasonal menus, some of the events they offer, and how each restaurant has a core menu but that each one is encouraged to have unique additional offerings based on the experience and background of their staff (e.g., Vietnamese, Indian, African, etc.). The menu is clearly marked with gluten-free options, and there were MANY of those options available. The staff is genuinely nice and really seem to enjoy working at Harvest. From beginning to end, this was a very enjoyable experience with very high quality food offerings and great service.
