Love this place! Fantastic food with gluten free options. They take great care in the GF prep.
Edit: Sadly HuHot has apparently changed their sauces. My wife is GF and we would go out of our way to eat here. Now there are only maybe 4 GF sauces.
We just made our very LAST stop at a Hu Hot

Hu Hot is a great restaurant.
The atmosphere is fun, the service is great, and the food wonderful.
They always do a great job accommodating our dietary restrictions. There are a limited amount of sauces that are gluten and dairy free, but they do have them. Cross contamination is an issue so those with more serious allergies beware.
When cooking the food, they always do a good job keeping it separate.
