Insensitive management! My child has allergy issues and we only book our family dinners at places who are ready to cater to such food requirements. They kept agreeing for 2 days and at the last moment just said it cannot be done. Firstly, they should have refused right away, why wait till last moment! Then too, Requested so much, we were ready to pay whatever was required. Yet citing company policies, they refused to accept our request of getting the gluten free flour and the only option they had in such flours was bajra. Imagine having paneer ka sabji with bajre ka roti in summers for main course as a child! Must be difficult for adults. Just imagine a child to be put through this when dining out, due their lack of inclusivity and sensitivity. Also they don't have separate set of basic non stick and wooden utensils to cater to people with severe allergy or coeliac. Their gluten free is to only satiate variety as a fad but not for the people who are restricted to it! Only outward show and no respect, responsibility for commitments!
