I had the best Mellow Mushroom experience tonight! Not only did my server take extra care to be sure my food order was safe to eat (I have a wheat gluten allergy), but the manager Alex came out to talk to me also! And, the best part is, Alex took the time to make my pizza himself to ensure my safety. Incredible service!! Give Alex a raise! I'll be back because of him.

A small vegetarian gluten free pizza 🍕 was ordered, once the pizza was brought to our table, it was not what we ordered. Therefore, this issue was brought up to our server and she immediately apologized and took the pizza back. She told us that it was going to take another 20 minutes to get our vegetarian pizza. However, few minutes after the manager came to our table to apologize and offer us some treats while we waited for the food, and also he told us that there was no charge for the small pizza 😀. We have been coming to the Mellow Mushroom for a while and understand that mistakes can happen every now and then.
