I used to love the tofu here. It was thin sliced and pan seared to perfection and full of flavor! They’ve now replaced it with chunky breaded deep fried pieces of tofu that taste pretty bad. Not only does it get soggy on the drive home but the texture and flavor is not good. Bring back the original! I ended up just throwing it away and eating leftovers I had home. Hate I wasted $13
edit for response to restaurant: the way you prepare it is what makes unappetizing. You can still offer a thinly sliced, pan seared, non breaded version of the “non gmo gluten free” tofu. Hopefully you will consider doing that.
