This location offers gluten-free soy sauce. I asked the waiter, and my hibachi chicken meal was made in the kitchen using gf sauce.

Nakato University is always extremely accommodating with our gluten free needs and shellfish allergy. They are very thorough in their packing and preparation. We have also found them to have the BEST sushi in Charlotte! :)
